  1. Last few weeks ago, I had the lesson which topic was campare and contrast. So, now I want to do the comparing and contrasting about the nokia and sony ericson briefly.
Both of them are the brands of the handphones and popular to use by a lot people. This is because they are easily to use and do not have complicate ways to use them. Both of them have the camera option with maximun 5.0 Megapixel. The nokia is older than sony ericson since 1865. The latest model of the nokia such as n-series like n-65, n-80, n-95 and the touch screen phone-nokia 5800. Instead, the sony ericson has the walkman series such as w660i, w 810i, w910i and the famous cyber shot series. So, as a conclusion, both of these handphones are more useful for those people who follow the trends.

  2. Hello everyone..
Did you know the longest jail sentence in the world? The answer is 10 000 years for triple murders. It is for Dudley Wayne Kyzer. He was jailed by a court in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, in 1981 for murdering his own wife. But then, he also was sentenced to two life terms more for murdering his mother-in-law and a college student. It is quite scary, isn't? Until now, I still could not believe how he could do such things like that. It is totally out of humanity. Nowadays, murder is just a normal thing. If we did not hear any news about murder just for one day, we feel like something must be wrong. So, I really hope there is an end for it. Let all of us fight together for human justice.

  3. Salam,
Today I would like to compare and contrast about vacationing at the Beach or in the Mountains. People are always looking forward to their vacation period. There are many options where to choose. I think that the two most common places people choose for taking a vacation are the beaches and the mountains. Both places offer a variety of fun activities. The beach offers activities that the mountain cannot offer and vice versa. The mountain and the beach are totally different. The purpose of this essay is to contrast the climate, types of activities and locations of beaches and mountains.

I’m going to discuss mountains first. The three aspects I’m going to discuss are climate, types of activities and location. Climate is always important in order to enjoy vacations. If a person dislikes cold weather, he or she might have a hard time in the mountains. The cold climate in the mountains is the first barrier to enjoying them, but the climate and the temperature of these zones also determine the types of activities they offer. Snow boarding, mountain climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and skiing are some activities people can enjoy when going to the mountains. There are many regions that have mountains where people can go and have a great vacation. Canada is a country located in North America and contains many mountain vacation sites where people can go and have fun.

I’m going to discuss the beach second. The three aspects I’m going to discuss are climate, types of activities and location. Warm climate is one of the most important features that the beach has. Sun and fun are two words that describe the beach. The temperature in those places is always hot. The sea and the warm climate determine the activities that are available at the beach. People can swim, play volleyball, play soccer, and ride water bikes. In most coastal sites, there are discos and restaurants where people can dance or party throughout the night. Mexico offers many amazing coastal sites to visit. Acapulco and Cancun are two of the most beautiful and famous beaches in the word.

It doesn’t matter what place a person decides to choose. The fun is 100% guaranteed. People often choose one of these two options to spend their vacations. Depending on what the person likes is what he or she will choose. I like the beach better than the mountains, but sometimes it is better to take a risk and try a different place to enjoy.

  5. Recently,I red an article about Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro, born in 5th February 1985 who well known as a Portuguese footballer who plays as a winger for English Premier League club Manchester United and the Portuguese national team.Ronaldo began his career as a youth player. Ronaldo's precocious talent caught the attention of Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson and he signed the 18-year-old for £12.24 million in 2003. In 2008, Ronaldo won his first UEFA Champions League title, and was named the final's man of the match. He was named the FIFPro World Player of the Year and the FIFA World Player of the Year, in addition to becoming Manchester United's first Ballon d'Or winner in 40 years. The most interesting part of this article that caught my attention is;the Ballon d'Or winner Johan Cruijff said in an interview, "Ronaldo is better than George Best and Denis Law, who were two brilliant and great players in the history of United.

  7. Salam,

Football...! As one of football fan, I always comparing footballers, from their skills and even to their daily life. Ok, lets compare local football with other country, I take the famous one, English Premier League. Obviously, we will find that the quality of English football is far - far better than in Malaysia. Why..? I think, it is about the physical of our player. If we compare our players with the others, foreign players will have an advantage in term of physical. Another thing is, discipline. Our football player usually lack of discipline. For example, if there is a training session, there must be some player who not punctual. Even in any situation in our country, this problem always occur.

    So, time to change..

I really hope that Malaysian football will improve so that we can see our national team joining the World Cup.

  8. Today, I would like to share something interesting about love.Well, what can I say about love? There are many different ways to think or feel about love. People also express their love or feelings in many different ways.Love is a confusing thing. You always wonder if the other person likes or loves you and if they do, they would understand or do this or that and show you how they feel. The truth is though that love means different things for different people. Some of us experience true, great love many times, and for others only once. I believe that no matter how you express love or what you understand about love that when you find it you know its love, and that its right. I believe that if you find true love it is important to cherish it and remember it. Sometimes you must let go love for whatever reason and it may be the hardest thing to do, but just remember the good times and what you learned from that person and they will always be in your heart. Love is a great thing whether we understand it, know how it feels, or not. That's all I think about love...

  9. In oder to know about The Da Vinci Code,I read the article entitled, “Was there a Da Vinci Conspiracy?” mm..,Has a gigantic conspiracy resulted in the reinvention of Jesus? According to the book and movie, The Da Vinci Code, that is exactly what happened. Several of the book's assert regarding Jesus smack of conspiracy. For example, the book states:
"Nobody is saying Christ was a fraud, or denying that He walked the earth and inspired millions to better lives. All we are saying is that Constantine took advantage of Christ's substantial influence and importance. And in doing so, he shaped the face of Christianity as we know it today.”
Could this shocking assertion from Dan Brown's best-selling book be true? Or is the premise behind it just the stuff of a good conspiracy novel on a belief ? Either way, the story is compelling. No wonder Brown's book has become one of the best-selling stories of the decade.

  10. As a woman, hair loss treatment is always a big concern.People are generally very eager to do something about hair loss treatment as hurriedly as possible. But thing that worries me most about hair loss treatment is the tendency of the overwhelming majority of people to seek hair loss treatment without first determining the cause of their hair loss. Before selecting a hair loss treatment you must realize that that all cases of hair loss are not identical.Hair loss can be the outcome of extremely varied problems. So it is of paramount importance that the cause of hair loss be determined before starting a remedial measure for hair loss treatment.Herbal hair tonic is a natural treatment of hair loss for male and female .Herbal hair tonic is a best hair loss product for regrowth and restoration of balding hair.

  11. Salam. Recently, I read about the history Malaysia flag. In 1950 a new flag was introduced the basic design is that preserved in the modern flag, but 11 stripes and an 11-pointed star, representing the number of constituent states. In 1963 three more states Sabah, Sarawak, and Singapore joined the federation and country's name changed to Malaysia. The common explanation for the addition of the 's' in the name is that all three new states start with this letter. The number of stripes on the flag was increased to 14 as was the numbers of points on the star.

The flag of Malaysia is a combination of traditional Islamic symbols and the Stars and Stripes. The 14 stripes and the 14 points of the star represents the 14 member states and the crescent and star represents the dominant religion Islam. The blue canton stands for affiliation to the Commonwealth.

The flag was chosen by a body established in 1949 to choose a flag for the Federation of Malaya. A competition was held by the Federal Legislative Assembly, in which 373 entries were submitted of which 3 made it to the final stage. The first design was a badge of crossed kris circled with 11 five-pointed stars. The second design was similar to the first, except that the 11 stars were arranged in two circles around the crossed kris. The third design was 11 blue and white stripes with a yellow moon and star at the hoist.

The Malay Mail surveyed public opinion, and on 28/11/49 published the result, i.e. a majority for the third design, the creation of a government architect from Johore, En. Mohd b. Hamzah.

    hi...
today i read an article about fat liver. You should know all about the disadvantages of being fat. Did you know that the liver can get ‘fat’ too? Alas, it’s also not a very good thing to have.

First of all, let’s understand what the liver is and the role it plays in the human body. The liver, which lies in the right upper quadrant of the abdominal cavity, resting just below the diaphragm, is a vital organ and is necessary for survival. It weighs between 1.4 to 1.6kg and is the largest internal organ in the body.

There are two large vessels carrying blood to the liver – the hepatic artery, and the portal vein. The former provides the liver with oxygen-rich blood from the heart while the latter carries blood containing digested food from the small intestine. These blood vessels will subdivide repeatedly in the liver into small capillaries that end up in the building blocks of the liver – the liver cells.

The liver is important to us because it is responsible for a myriad of functions. Therefore, it is essential to keep the liver in tip-top condition and prevent it from sustaining damage, which can occur chronic liver diseases or in cases of intoxication by substances that are toxic to the liver.

Fatty liver is simply the accumulation of fat in liver cells. Fat storage in the liver cells starts with tiny droplets being deposited inside the cells themselves. Initially, only a few liver cells are affected by small droplet deposits, but over time, the droplets become larger. Eventually, the size of the stored fatty droplets increases until they fill the liver cells completely.

As a result, the liver cells become enlarged, their internal structures destroyed, and their functions impaired. These fatty cells also have a higher disposition to developing necrosis or “die” under even mildly toxic conditions which normal, healthy cells would be able to withstand.

There are many factors that can cause fatty liver, and a combination of these factors is quite common. Basically, fatty liver can be categorised into two broad categories: Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (AFLD), and Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD).
Individuals who consume more than 60g of alcohol per day over a long period of time are predisposed to developing alcoholic fatty liver disease (AFLD).

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).is the development of fatty liver in the absence of significant alcohol consumption. It is a spectrum of liver diseases ranging from simple steatosis or accumulation of fat in the liver cells to non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), which can then progress to cirrhosis and lead to cancer of the liver. NASH, which is a more severe form of NAFLD, is differentiated from simple fatty liver by the presence of cell inflammation and damage.

Fatty liver, be it alcohol induced or non-alcohol induced is a “silent” liver disease whereby most people who have it are unaware of it. Individuals with predisposing risk factors, such as in the hypothetical cases of Keith and Lisa, are at a higher risk of contracting fatty liver.

A fatty liver has a good prognosis, with complete recovery possible in the early stages. However, if left to deteriorate, liver scarring can be permanent.

A fatty liver should not be underestimated since the various liver cell functions may be compromised, leading to unfavourable effects on the liver and the person as a whole.

Furthermore, fatty changes in the liver cells make these cells more susceptible to toxins and will impair the cells’ regenerative capacity.

  17. Herbal Hair Tonic™ is a complete unique herbal formula for treatment of hair loss. With no side effects. No need hair transplantation.Natural ingredients with no harsh irritating agents. Easy treatment with no necessary supplements. Hair nurtures all over the place on the human body apart from on the palms of our hands and the soles of our feet. There is a variety of hair types many of hairs are so fine they are practically invisible. Hair is in point of fact made up of a protein also known as keratin the same protein which is present in nails as well. This protein is produced in hair follicles in the external coating of skin. While follicles produce new hair cells; old cells are being pressed out from side to side towards the exterior side of the skin at the tempo of about six inches per year. The hair you can see with your naked eye is in reality a filament of deceased keratin cells. Studies shed light on the fact that the standard adult head has about 100,000 to 150,000 hairs and loses up to 100 of them a day. If you are experiencing few hair in your hair brush after combing you don’t need to get mystified because hair experts state it is not necessarily a cause for alarm
