  1. How do you define a smart student?

A smart student is a student who has a very critical thinking in anything especially in study. None was born smartly but we can train ourselves to be smart. A smart student can score better marks in exam because he put more effort in study.

Nowadays, smart student is available everywhere which can define in any criteria(s). I have read a funny article about the “ smart student”. He thinks in very “smart” way on how to give the excuse to his teacher so that he can escape the class. I’m sure this is happen to most of the student today. Really funny, enjoy for it. 2. Salam and good morning to teacher and all my friends.I want to share with you all about what i have reading yesterday.

Recently,Sony Ericsson have come out a several new model phone.First model phone is called cyber-walkaman-phone.Before this,Sony Ericsson always released with seperate technology phone like walkman phone, cybershot phone and anything. But know, sony combine the both technology to become cyber-walkman-phone.

Wow!!!This phone is called Sony Ericsson W902.A phone like no other or a quick-fix Cyber-shot Walkman mongrel trying to pass off as a hip novelty - you can call the Sony Ericsson W902 whatever you like, but it will still be the best cameraphone among music phones. The 5 megapixel auto focus camera opens a new chapter in the Walkman book, while everything else about the W902 walks and talks multimedia. Based on the excellent Sony Ericsson feature phone interface, you get all sorts of treats like the top-of-the-line Media Center with screen auto rotation, Shake control and SensMe.

There may be hardly anything else to wish for in a feature phone, though GPS and Wi-Fi in the latest Walkmans might make the W902 stumble a bit. But it still has a special place booked in the hearts of brand loyal fans who are no longer forced to choose between imaging and music, Walkman and Cyber-shot.

I want to bought this phone immediately. The features is really good compare other phone. So thats all i want to share with you all.stay tuned.Keep in touch.Salam.

  3. What the latest technology used in our POLICE organisation???

Last month I went to UMP new library, which is as big as Kuantan Parade, together with my best assignment partner, Hanif the pawos, and Najib the badak. There, I have read a magazine about cars, and found an amazing update about our Polis DiRaja Malaysia transport. believe it or not, PDRM are now using 25 units of Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution as a radio car, project car,and a for ascot the VVIP vehicle. This type of "EVO" are the latest model for Mitsubishi company, which cost around RM315***. This "EVO" are good in rally style, instead of its high safety features, including 7 air bags inside. The ultimate performance of this "EVO" also are useful to catch the dark-racers especially foreigner who love to make the highway in our country as their circuit.GO on PDRM, catch them all!!!

Today I would like to share with you about the story of a princess in Princess Diaries by Meg Cabot. I like this story and always buy the book in every new edition. This is a tale story of an ordinary girl growing up as a normal teenager, with love and life worries. That is until she reaches her birthday and is told she is the heir to the throne in Genovia.

The girl, Mia Thermopolis live with her mother after her parent divorced. Her father, Prince of Genovia has no kids after the divorce and this leaves Mia as his only daughter and the heir. The story begins to be so interesting when Mia has to learn the protocol of being a princess. That's all the synopsis that I can share with you. Maybe next time, after I finish reading my latest book that I have bought I will share with you. Thank you.

  6. Salam and a very Good Day...

today i would like to share with all of you about my readings..recently, i have read an article in Harian Metro about this student who get bitten by around 6 other students which cause death to the victim..all the 6 student which are the senior in that school now being banned from the school because of their action..the motif of their action is known to be jealousy..the victim earlier on went to see one of the group to settle up the problem but suddently the other 5 student came to him and bit him with helmet and other dangerous tools..because of that the victim had a serious injuries on his head..the victim was in comas for about two weeks before he pass away..

I think this kind of activities namely bullies is not the right thing to do to other people..students should realize that our country have law to be followed..so, they cannot simply disobey the rules for their own joy because whatever you do to others, one day will get back to you..parent also have to be blame of their lack parental education to their children makes them to be wild..

Recently, while I was reading online newspaper, I got attracted to a news title ‘An eleven month baby was abused by their maid’. The baby was badly injured at the head and send for a treatment at Serdang’s Hospital .
In my opinion, nowadays maids cannot be fully trusted. Therefore, who ever came across to hire a maid. They have to go through the maid’s details carefully. This is prevention so that any abuse would not happen. Moreover, once in a meantime employee have to do sudden spot check to the maid so that employee can know the actual behaviour of the maid.

    Hye everyone..

Today I want to share with you all about Teenage Stress.Teenage Stress is a big thing,it can cause more harm than just a few pimples.Teenage Stress has been proven as an indirectly cause of eating disorders, depression, social/physical/emotional changes, and even something as serious as suicide. Many teenagers experience stress but many do not know what causes their personal stress and many do not know the origins of their stress, and how to treat it.

Stress is defined as "to subject to physical or mental pressure, tension, or strain"
    ( Dictionary.com ).

Some common examples of stress are negative thoughts feelings, changes in body, problems with friends/family/relationships,divorce of parents, death of loved ones, taking too many activities at once, high expectations and
family financial problems. Some of the symptoms may include headaches, sleeplessness, emotionally, moody, nervousness,
    crying,lack of interest,
    negativity,and lack of concentration.

Some suggested stress relievers is try to avoid caffeine and drugs. Studies have been shown that caffeine and drugs can make stress worse than it may already be for you.The reason is this, when you are stressed out, your blood pressure is gradually increasing, when you consume caffeine, it makes your blood pressure increase even faster.
Besides that, you can go and enjoy a jog through your community, play a friendly game of sports, or let your creative side take over and create something. The most important thing is try to talk to your family and/or friends.Sometimes talking to a person you can trust can help you get your feelings out.

  12. Assalamualaikum and a very good day to all that visit this blog…

Today I would like to share to all of on a topic title ‘Benefit of Keeping a Pet’. I choose this title because I really like animals and even my ambition when I was a little kid was to be veterinary but since I do not have that chance anymore I made up my mind to just having an animal as a pet.

There has been a lot of research
about pets and our health, and the relation between it. Studies made in Australia, Germany, Holland and America showed some interesting results which are people that live with their pets visit the doctor less often than people that live without them, they also seem to be more active, have less stress, use less medicine and recover from illnesses faster.

So, we can conclude that pets seem to have positive influences on our health. We can basically divide these influences in 3 categories:
    * Our heart
    * Our stress level
    * Our self esteem
Besides, pets are also good for the heart. Research showed that dog owners have fewer chances to get involved with heart diseases. In general dog owners go out at least 3 times a day for a walk, this of course improves not only the heart muscle, arteries and blood flow, but it also keeps the weight under control, the longs healthy and fit, the muscles flexible and during a brisk 20 minutes walk we provide our internal organs with fresh oxygen, the heart pumps this fresh blood to all the body. Not only doggie benefits from his walk, so do we!

Another interesting fact that came up during these studies is that people who own a pet have, in general, lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels, the good news about these are obvious to anyone i believe.

  14. MOTIVATION TO STUDENT

Motivation involves a student’s desire to participate in the learning process. It is also concerned with the reasons or goals which underlie a student’s participation in learning activities (Lumsden, 1994). Motivation can be either intrinsic or extrinsic in its source. Woolfolk (2001) describes intrinsic motivation as involving internal, personal factors such as needs, interests, curiosity, and enjoyment. A student who is intrinsically motivated undertakes an activity "for it’s own sake", because the activity itself is rewarding (Lumsden, 1994; Woolfolk, 2001). In contrast is extrinsic motivation, in which the student engages in an activity in order to obtain a reward, or to avoid a punishment. This student is not really interested in the activity for its own sake, but rather for what it will gain them.

    Hello everyone
Well this time I want talk about my favorite movie that is CSI or the full name is Crime Scene Investigation. This movie is very interesting because it involve the forensics and polis to do the investigate. The place that I really interest is their crime scene lab. That place have a lot of high technology such as they have higher technology for computer that can detect the fingerprint and they can recognize the suspect because they have a record for all people in their database. I already bought the CD from season 1 until 4. Last week I just bought CD for the season 4 and the case is very interesting because they have to hunter for the cabbie killer serial. That cabbie killer kill their victim using the carbon monoxide. It happen when the victim get into his cabbie then he will lock all the door and mirror then release the carbon monoxide. Their crime scene team work really hard to find that cabbie killer.

    Hello everyone.
Today I would like to share with all of you on what I have read recently. The title of my reading is on ‘Benefits of eating chocolate’. I found this information while I was surfing the internet as I was eager to know more about chocolate as I really like to eat them.

Well, chocolate has exceptional nutritional qualities, being a high energy food in a small volume. It not only contains carbohydrates, fats, and vegetable proteins, but also has large quantities of potassium and magnesium, some calcium and sodium, and vitamins A1, B1, B2, D, and E. Chocolate contains a number of other substances in small, but effective, quantities:

Theobromine, facilitates muscular exertion, acts as a diuretic and appetite stimulant.

Caffeine, which increases resistance to fatigue, intellectual activity, and watchfulness.

Phenylethylamine, which is the chemical released in our bodies when we fall in love and is chemically similar to amphetamines, therefore acting as a psycho-stimulant.

Tryptophan, an essential amino acid that increases the production of serotonin, an anti-depressant and natural stress-reducer.

Endorphins, natural opiates that are released by the brain in increased amounts when eating chocolate, thereby elevating one's mood and reducing pain.
Phenols, may help reduce the risk of coronary heart disease.

Catechins, which are antioxidants that may help protect the body against cardiovascular disease and possibly cancer, are found in substantially higher quantities in chocolate than in black tea.

    Hye everyone,

Today i would like to talk about greeting. In Islam they call it "salam",It means peace.Islamic people always greet everyone they meet even though people they never meet before. It like a routine for Islamic people. Most of them are Malay. In Malaysia we have different religion and culture but each have their own way to greet other people.Greeting is a symbol of respect. When we greet other people, they will greet us back. This will make a good relationship between both side. So, we can conclude greeting is very important to build a relationship. As example, when we meet new friend we greet first right. Then we introduce ourself. Many people say that when someone greet us there is a feeling that make them happy. So, greeting habit also can make other people around us happy.

Assalamualaikum and have a nice day to all..

I have been read an article about the optical illusion.I think it is most wonderfull if you know about it.So,an optical illusion also called a visual illusion is characterized by visually perceived images that differ from objective reality. The information gathered by the eye is processed in the brain to give a percept that does not tally with a physical measurement of the stimulus source. There are three main types. They are literal optical illusions that create images that are different from the objects that make them, physiological ones that are the effects on the eyes and brain of excessive stimulation of a specific type brightness, tilt, color, movement, and cognitive illusions where the eye and brain make unconscious inferences. The eye cannot find the real object that you see.Thats all about the optical illusion.Thank you.

Assalamualaikum and have a nice day to my beloved teacher and fellow friends.

I have been read an article about on how to avoid from sleepy in class or lecture. It's a familiar scene that thirty minutes into lecture or seminar, your vision begins to blur. Next, your eyelids feel droopy and heavy, followed closely by what is called. Your neck suddenly loses its ability to hold up your head. Before you know it, you're asleep.
Huhu..like me lol…..Some classes are worse than others. The hardest is when you have to watch a video in the dark. Your chances of falling asleep dramatically increase during dry lectures, second classes of the morning, and of course, the dreaded after-lunch class. The worse part of falling asleep during class is that it's so hard to stop. Once the eyes get tired, your body puts itself on a set course to a nap class or no class. Although it may seem that no professor can tell whether you were sleeping or just resting your chin very firmly on your hand, the likelihood that someone's attention has been called to your lack of consciousness is high.

Students have unique ways of staving off drowsiness. The solution is to write down everything the lecturer says. Keeping the pen moving is the answer for several other students as well and makes a list of all the things you have to do.
Some people get very involved in staying awake. But for others, the path away from sleep needs more than pen movement. We need to sitting up straight in class to avoid from sleepy. Students also should bring water and caffeinated beverages to class and that it was better to have cold ones than hot. Long term solutions to falling asleep in class include better time management, naps, and of course, more sleep.Thanks.

  28. Greetings everyone...

I'm here to share about an interesting article I came across a few days ago.

What would you do if you have headache?or perhaps fever? Most of the time (erm...I think everytime) if we go to see a doctor, we are given medicine. Have you ever realise one thing? There is one type of medicine you probably wont miss out getting, that is -- Panadol (Paracetmol).

I believe everyone knows about this drug. It is a very common drug to relieve mild to moderate pain and fever. These include headaches, migraine, toothache, teething, colds, flu and so on. It is really an useful medicine, especially when you do not know what to do when you are having those symptom.

However, current research shows that Panadol is toxic to the human body, it harms our liver. According to doctors, Panadol will reside in the body for at least 5 years. Scary huh? 5 years!!!

Besides taking Panadol, there are alternative solutions to relieve headache or migraine, that is to drink Isotonic drink with water in the ratio of 1:1 or 1:2. (It means that we mix one cup of isotonic drink with one cup of water or one cup of isotonic drink with two cups of water.)

Another method of relieving headache and migraine pain is to submerge our feet in a basin of warm water. It will bring the blood pressure down from your trumbling head.

As Panadol is a pain killer, the more Panadol we take, our endurance level for pain will be lower. It means that we can hardly stand any forms of pain.

We all will fall ill as we aged. For women, not to forget we would need to go through childbirth. Imagine if we are used to panadol and we had taken quite a substantial amount of Panadol. It is very likely that normal general anesthetic will have no effects on us to numb our surgical pain compared to average person who seldom or rarely takes panadol. Does it mean we need to use a much stronger pain killer? Morphine?

Value our lives, think before we pop that familiar white pill into our mouth easily again.

last week I have read an article somo tips to get an anough sleep...I hope I can share to all.
Thera are some tips which are:

    1. Avoid Snacks- Especially grains and sugar, it will raise your blood sugar and inhibit sleep.

    2. Listen to Relaxing Music- Soothing sounds of the ocean or soft classical music can relax your body and help you fall asleep faster.

    3. Sleep in Complete Darkness- Make sure you block out as much light as possible to help your brain and senses relax.

    4. No TV before Bed- Make it a habit to cut out as much TV out of your life as possible, especially before bed. It can stimulate your senses making it more difficult to fall asleep. Make sure that you also save your bed for sleeping and relaxation. Don't bring your work or the television to bed because then you won't associate your bedroom with sleep and relaxation.

    5. Take a Hot Bath/Shower- When the body temperature is raised by a hot shower or bath in the late evening, your body temperature will fall at bedtime facilitating deep relaxing sleep.

    6. Exercise in the Morning- Exercise is great for keeping in shape and for your health but if you exercise before bed it can be really hard for your body to relax and fall asleep for a while because you have just stimulated your body and reenergized yourself. Make sure that you don't exercise at least 3 hours before bed.

    7. Get to Bed ASAP- Try to get to bed as soon as you can. At 11:00pm - 1:00am our systems recharge and at this same time our gallbladder dumps our toxins. If the body is not at rest it backs up the toxins into the liver which can damage other systems of the body having a negative effect on your health.

    8. Don't Drink Alcohol- Drinking alcohol should not be done within 4 hours of going to bed because it causes shallow sleep. While alcohol will initially make you sleepy, after a few hours it acts like a stimulant, causing you to toss and turn.

    9. Turn off the Caffeine- Try to cut down the caffeine content and drink your last cup by 12:00pm. It stays in your body for up to 12 hours the jolt may cost you later when it comes time to sleep.

    10. Drink Warm Milk/Herbal Tea- A cup of warm milk really does work. Milk is a source of L-tryptophan, an amino acid long known to assist in sleep.

    11. Do Some Light Reading- Choose a book that will be easy to put down and will help you to relax.

    12. Keep Your Bedroom Cool- Turn your room temperature down no more than 70 degrees. Although comfy sheets are nice when you first slide into bed but as you sleep they can over insulate your body and turn uncomfortably hot giving way to restless sleep.

    13. Stay Away From the Alarm Clock- Do not set your alarm clock 1 hour early and push the snooze for 1 hour. You are depriving your body of deep sleep where your body is truly at rest. Also put the clock away from your view so you are not constantly looking at it and counting the hours 2:00 am . . . 4:00 am . . . it will make you anxious making it harder to get to sleep.

    14. Get a Comfy Mattress- This is essential for your posture and back health and most of all having a good mattress will have you fall asleep faster if you don't have to toss and turn to find a comfortable position. You will also wake up feeling rested and recharged ready for the day.

    15. Get a Journal- If you're having trouble with thoughts and ideas running through your head get a journal and jot them down and let your mind be free to fall into a restful sleep.

The importance of sleep of undeniable. The key is finding a way to get there and staying there until your body has truly revitalized. Now go, try these steps and get the kind of sleep your body has been begging for.

I was browsing in a book shop when the cover of a book caught my attention. On it was the smiling face of a handsome man.He semmed so at peace with the world. The title of book was 'How to stop worrying and start living'.

At first the author explained the fruitlessness of worrying,he said that worrying never did anybody any good but was only counter-productive.It could also lead to nervous breakdowns and health problems such as cancer.

Then, the author asked his reader to imagine the worst-possible scenario, that is the thing which we have been worrying about really happens. He tells the readers that there is always a way out.He says let us say you worry about losing job your job and it happens. If you pass, you will have worried needlessly. If you fail, you can always sit your examination again.

There is just necessity for worrying.
After i had read the book,i stopped worrying so much.I became happier and more optimistic about life.Others sought me as a friend. The book had really helped me to solve my worrying problem and also helped me to live more productively...

    Stress????
Every people always feel like this and almost the time student is the people who become stress. Some people are born more susceptible to stress than others.
Others seem to become stressed from problems they are now facing.

I would say that people in the corporate world, people in bad relationships, teens, parents of teens, and working moms with infants have a lot to stress over. Not to mention people who are prone to anxiousness to start with.

Many ways that we can do to release our stress. Exercise is a good stress reliever--even walking can help. Punching something like a pillow (not a person or wall) can help. In my family we yell and scream (but do not hit).

I understand that B vitamins help--but check to see which ones and how much of each to take. Besides that, there is one thing that is more important than anything else, and that is to get a good night sleep.

A good night’s sleep is the best reward your body can have, and whilst still we don't know an awful lot about being asleep, we know this is where the body recharges and re-energises itself from the stresses and strains of the previous day, ready for the next day.

When you don't get enough sleep therefore you can feel tired, irritable and unproductive the following day.

Therefore be sure to give yourself enough time to get some good quality sleep each night, and if you need to have a nice soothing bath before bed to relax you and maybe listen to some nice gentle music too before falling off asleep. So, I hope my friend can try it.

Have you heard about AROMATHERAPHY??? Some of us maybe know about this... Here, I want to share with everyone about the Aromatherapy...
Aromatherapy is alternative medicine that uses volatile liquid plant materials, known as essential oils, and other aromatic compounds from plants for the purpose of affecting a person's mood or health. Because essential oils evaporate quickly their molecules are easily inhaled.
The various scents can provide triggers to the brain which effect emotions and physical well-being.
Each of the essential oils used in aromatherapy can be used either alone or in combinations to create the desired effect.
Although aromatherapy should not be considered a miracle cure, the proper use of essential oils may enhance and balance emotional outlook and physical well-being.

The Aromatherapy with essential oils can help to:

    • alleviate depression, anger, anxiety, fear, fatigue and grief
    • promote happiness and peace
    • support memory, concentration and focus
    • decrease feelings of stress, panic and insecurity
    • help reduce feelings of irritability, loneliness

Common essential oil that always use such as:
    • Basil is used for sharpening concentration, for its uplifting effect on depression, and to relieve headaches and migraines.
    • Bergamot is one of the most popular oils in perfumery. It is an excellent insect repellent and may be helpful for both the urinary tract and for the digestive tract. It is useful for skin conditions linked to stress, such as cold sores and chicken pox, especially when combined with eucalyptus oil.
    • Citronella oil, obtained from a relative of lemongrass, is used as an insect repellent and in perfumery.
    • Eucalyptus oil is often used in combination with peppermint to provide relief for the airways in case of cold or flu.
    • Lavender oil is used as an antiseptic, to soothe minor cuts and burns, to calm and relax, and to soothe headaches and migraines.
    • Lemon oil is uplifting and anti-stress/anti-depressant. In a Japanese study, lemon essential oil in vapors form has been found to reduce stress in mice.

So...the aromatherapy is not designed to replace professional medical care, but it can help supplement certain treatments. It's a way to take control of our own well-being and create balance in our life.
The sense of smell is powerful in that it affects the way we think and feel.

Hi..today I read one in the website http://www.enchancedhealing.com.I like this article….its about ‘HEALTHY FOOD TASTES FOOD’ .The author ,Ingela Berger shared her experience about eating problems..Well ,she shares her knowledge how to improve the eating habits..:

    1) reduce the fat in the daily diet….exchange the fat such as butter and margarine with extra-virgin olive oil….Instead of milk you may want to drink yogurt (containing live cultures) which is better for the stomach.
    2) Eat fish at least twice a week. If you don’t like fish, make sure you get enough of the omega-3 fatty acids.
    3) Eat lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, beans, cereals
    4) Drink water with every meal and in between meals. You can't get enough of water
    5) Take some vitamin and mineral supplement every day
    6) Try a day of fasting from time to time to rinse your system. Drink only fruit juices, water and green tea that day.
    7) Reduce the sugar

Thats all from me... Thank You..

  34. Assalamualaikum to my beloved teacher and all my friends.Today i would like to share about the benefits of Polyphenols in tea.

For your information,Polyphenols in tea have been known to:

Help protect cells from the normal, but damaging, physiological process known as "oxidative stress." Although oxygen is vital to life, it's also incorporated into reactive substances called free radicals. These can damage the cells in our body and have been implicated in the slow chain reaction of damage leading to heart disease and cancer. It also help prevent blood clotting, help lower cholesterol levels, help neutralize enzymes that aid in the growth of tumors, help deactivate cancer promoters
and also help stimulate the immune system
Tea also has fluoride for strong teeth, virtually no calories, and half the amount of caffeine found in an equally-sized cup of coffee. Whether decaffeinated tea has the same level of polyphenols, and thus the same health benefits, as regular tea has not yet been studied. Caffeine is a natural component of tea leaves. It is not yet known if removing caffeine also removes polyphenols.

    That's all.Thank you..

  35. Salam and good day to all bloggers...

I want to share about my reading from readers digest last year..It's all about sleep..
Do you know how many calories does an extra two hours of sleep save??

Well, the answer is about 300,according to a study at Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas (I don't know where this place)..From the research, thirty-two student kept their diaries of how much sleep they got and which foods they ate over a three-week period.
The first week, students stuck to their normal eating and sleeping schedules.
The second week, they were asked to sleep an extra two hours a day.And the third week, they went back to their normal routines.

Researchers found that the students who got an extra two hours of sleep during week two ate nearly 300 calories a day less than in week one. When they returned to their normal sleep-deprived routines in week three, they ate more food..So,that's all the interesting something from sleep..

Thats all from me.. Thanks.. Have a nice day to everyone!!!

  36. Salam...hye everyone...
I Would to share with all of you about stress. As a student,of course...we cannot run from stress right??so..What can you do to deal with stress overload or, better yet, to avoid it in the first place? The most helpful method of dealing with stress is learning how to manage the stress that comes along with any new challenge, good or bad. Stress-management skills work best when they're used regularly, not just when the pressure's on. Knowing how to "de-stress" and doing it when things are relatively calm can help you get through challenging circumstances that may arise. Here are some things that can help keep stress under control.
Take a stand against overscheduling. If you're feeling stretched, consider cutting out an activity or two, opting for just the ones that are most important to you.
Be realistic. Don't try to be perfect - no one is. And expecting others to be perfect can add to your stress level, too (not to mention put a lot of pressure on them!). If you need help on something, like schoolwork, ask for it.
Get a good night's sleep. Getting enough sleep helps keep your body and mind in top shape, making you better equipped to deal with any negative stressors. Because the biological "sleep clock" shifts during adolescence, many teens prefer staying up a little later at night and sleeping a little later in the morning. But if you stay up late and still need to get up early for school, you may not get all the hours of sleep you need.

Learn to relax. The body's natural antidote to stress is called the relaxation response. It's your body's opposite of stress, and it creates a sense of well-being and calm. The chemical benefits of the relaxation response can be activated simply by relaxing. You can help trigger the relaxation response by learning simple breathing exercises and then using them when you're caught up in stressful situations. (Click on the button to try one.) And ensure you stay relaxed by building time into your schedule for activities that are calming and pleasurable: reading a good book or making time for a hobby, spending time with your pet, or just taking a relaxing bath.
Treat your body well. Experts agree that getting regular exercise helps people manage stress. (Excessive or compulsive exercise can contribute to stress, though, so as in all things, use moderation.) And eat well to help your body get the right fuel to function at its best. It's easy when you're stressed out to eat on the run or eat junk food or fast food. But under stressful conditions, the body needs its vitamins and minerals more than ever. Some people may turn to substance abuse as a way to ease tension. Although alcohol or drugs may seem to lift the stress temporarily, relying on them to cope with stress actually promotes more stress because it wears down the body's ability to bounce back.
Watch what you're thinking. Your outlook, attitude, and thoughts influence the way you see things. Is your cup half full or half empty? A healthy dose of optimism can help you make the best of stressful circumstances. Even if you're out of practice, or tend to be a bit of a pessimist, everyone can learn to think more optimistically and reap the benefits.
Solve the little problems. Learning to solve everyday problems can give you a sense of control. But avoiding them can leave you feeling like you have little control and that just adds to stress. Develop skills to calmly look at a problem, figure out options, and take some action toward a solution. Feeling capable of solving little problems builds the inner confidence to move on to life's bigger ones - and it and can serve you well in times of stress.

  37. Assalamualaikum and morning to everyone….
Attention to all my friends!!especially girl…
Now I want to share about wearing high heels.. high heels are bad for the feet and its long-term use will result in back pain, especially when a woman gets older. It does very little for the feet and the feet are tilted in a way that the body weight is carried on the toes, not the heels as originally designed. You may wear high heels so long as you don’t stand for a long time or walk a considerable distance. There is a potential for wearers to develop back pain because high heels shift the body’s central gravity forward and your back needs to work harder to maintain that position. In the long run, you will suffer from muscular fatigue, which causes your back to ache.
How important are shoes in maintaining foot health?
The human feet are made to walk on soft and uneven surfaces, and not in an urban setting with lots of concrete and hard surfaces. Therefore, shoes should protect and support the feet and not damage them further.
Then what is the ideal pair of shoes? Aside from the fore foot to rear foot height ratio, make sure the heels are enclosed, the top of the foot is covered and there’s a fastening mechanism to the shoes. Trainers are as good as it gets when it comes to shoes. Women often make bad shoe choices. Sometimes they are unwilling or unable to change (due to what they have to wear to work) so I have to resort to physical therapy to heal the damage. But prevention is always better.

    That's all from me..

Where the characteristic of teacher that must be shown to the student?..

I don't agree about this teacher that had punched his own student..
I suggested that family of Zaim go to the police station to report this thing.. Let the police teach the teacher on how to teaching at school...Let law do the talking..

Last night, I was doing my research for TITAS individual report which I made about “Touch Screen”. I read many articles about that particular topic on websites, which you would find by googling “touch screen”. Through all the readings, I have found out that touch screen technology is indeed very useful for our today’s life. We are living in a fast pace world, so everything has to be done really fast. That’s why having this kind of technology helps us in a way that could not be done before.

People have used and still using mouse and keyboard on their computer. But having touch screen and touch pad technology, a wide variety of application and services can be done in no time. I think the future for this technology is very bright. Today, there are already phones with this kind of technology. They even only allow the person of the thumb print to access the phones. This provides high security of that phone. It’s amazing, right?

  43. Assalamualaikum and hi everyone!

I have just read my friend’s blog - From This Point Of View , entitled “Things to Do When You Feel Lonely”. It tells us about tips on what to do when you feel lonely. Personally, I like all the eight tips given. But among all, what I like the most is tips number 6 – Experiment in the Kitchen. When I am at home and feeling lonely, I spend some of my time in the kitchen. Because I like to eat, but unfortunately there is nothing to eat, so I take out flour, potatoes, sugar, milk, or anything in the refrigerator and kitchen cabinet, then I begin experimenting. I remember how amazing it is that I can actually make mash potato at my first try. I let my mom had a spoon of it, and she said, “Really nice.” Well, I just followed what was written in the book!

  44. Hi everyone!
I would like to share with you about this article. It is very interesting!
"Do Malaysian shower before going to bed?"
Less than half of Malaysians hit the showers before they turn in for the day.
According to a recent survey conducted by CloveTWO.com and Kosmo! newspaper, only 44% shower right before going to bed.
Still, while showering before bedtime is important, it's absolutely crucial that antibacterial soap/shower gel – such as Lifebuoy's antibacterial soap - is used. When showering, extra attention should be given to areas of the body where most people neglect, such as the back, behind ones ears and ankles, and between the toes – all bacteria-prone spots.

And why is it important to shower just right before bedtime? Well, simply because everyone, whatever their age, are constantly exposed to bacteria; at school, in the garden, at the office etc. Then of course there's the little forgotten fact that the bed itself makes for the perfect breeding ground for all sorts of microorganisms. Dead skin cells, perspiration, the body's natural oils all contribute to making your bed the ideal harborage for bacteria, dust mites, and bed bugs. All these could lead to a wide range of health problems. So, thinks again.Did you take shower before going bed?

Have you ever been in love? Is it love at first sight? Or is it just the sweetest thing you have ever felt?

I have read an article entitled “ Because He is just a Normal Human Being (Kerana Dia Manusia Biasa) ”. I was moved by the marriage proposal letter included the article. It was written right from the heart. It was very modest, sincere, and realistic. It makes us, as a normal human being, to realize that we are just a plain normal human being. There is instead other matter that takes care of our whole life, the one and only, The Almighty God.

Assalamualaikum and good day to Madam Noor Azlinda Bt Zainal Abidin and all my friends.
Hi! today I want to share with you all about obesity.
The whole world is plagued by the rising rate of obesity. This may be due to modern lifestyles such as eating fast food on a daily basis. Fast food may taste good but the nutritional value is nil. These types of food have lots of oil and contains high calories.
Obese people have lots of excuses for being and staying the way they are. They blame their genetics, their bone structure, the food, anything under the sun except themselves and the way they live their lives or they way that they eat.
Like the Malay saying of "Hendak seribu daya, tak hendak seribu dalih", people with a weight problem can overcome their problem by choosing to change. That is, changing their weight, their lifestyle, the way that they consume their food and making the effort to exercise on a daily basis.
Eat healthier by choosing to eat more fruits and vegetables and cut intake of carb and fat. Choose to start an exercise programme on your own and join a gym if you can afford it to stick to your exercise programme. Exercise at least 3 times a week for about 20 to 30 minutes a day if you have a busy schedule but try to do it on a daily basis.
So anyone who had any experience on what they do in order to lose weight or live a more healthy lifestyle, give us some tips on what you did and what works for you.
I diet but I eat everything in moderation. Diet doesn't mean you have to starve yourself to death. It means eating food in moderation. Nowadays, I eat more food with soup or food that contains water like kuey teow ladna or mee tom yam. It will make you feel fuller faster... and that works for me.
    Thank you

Assalamualaikum and good day to Madam and all my friends.
Hi!today I want to share with you all about tips before examination. This article I was read in a book from motivation book by Dato’ Fadhilah Kamsah. Here, have 5 Healthy study tips during exam.
Firstly, is get it done early in the morning. You concentrate better during the early hours of the morning at about 7am after your light breakfast before lunch. This is due to morning energy which helps you relax and destress. It would be better if you workout for half an hour before study.
Then, study at maximum 6 hours a day. Usually, the material we study after 6 hours will go into waste due to the exhausted mind. Solution is, try having a few hours relax by watching TV, Radio, skype or even workout.
Besides, off your TV, laptop or internet. These are the main factor of distraction for not studying and it is 100% true like me also, I've wasting 2 days ONLINE and not studying so off your internet or computer or TV.
After that, eat some fruit and drink water. Eat lots of fruit as it contains vitamins, nutrients and most importantly lasting energy. Try having fruit for breakfast and snacks while you are studying, it worked. Besides, water helps keep you refreshed and stops you from getting mentally foggy so its a good habits in exam week!
Lastly, don’t stress never work out. I realise begin stress will never help you to pass your exam. When a person is stressed, work will never get done therefore no point being so stress out. Relax and enjoy studying because not only you are facing exams, many others are in the same boat. So, ignore the word stress and move on.
    Good luck in final exam!

Assalamualaikum and good day to Madam Noor Azlinda Bt Zainal Abidin and all my friends.
Hi! today I want to share with you all about tv programmes.
I like to watch tv programmes after class. Many channels available to choose from tv1 to ntv9!
However, I noticed that many programmes shows on tv during prime time at 8.30-10.30pm are not suitable for family especially those ghost stories.
Many ghost related like vampires, ghost, sketch are really annoying-on both drama or series either locally or foreign product.
Be on mind, these hours most children and adults viewing this. Better show some good series family orientated than these ghost series if uncheck of it.
From that, people will follow what they sees look for bomoh to harm others, stealing, rape and something spiritual cults which is not only harm others but self too.
TV is the most watchable and influencial media to people now after newspaper.
Wish to suggest to rerun old sitcom like `Jangan Ketawa', Pi mai pi mai tang tu', Full House, Friends, Knight Rider (old n new),Mission Impossible (90's version), CHIPS and others.
I know other may say don’t watch it if you don’t like it. For me its ok but what about those new generations will you be responsible as caring citizen? We must help new generation to be a good person.

    thank you

Assalamualaikum and have a good day to all of you.

Today, I would like to share something that I have read about heart attack.

Do you know what is a Heart Attack?
A heart attack occurs when blood flow to a section of heart muscle becomes blocked. If the flow of blood isn’t restored quickly, the section of heart muscle becomes damaged from lack of oxygen and begins to die. Heart attack is a leading killer of both men and women in the world. But fortunately, today there are excellent treatments for heart attack that can save lives and prevent disabilities. Treatment is most effective when started within 1 hour of the beginning of symptoms. Heart attacks occur most often as a result of a condition called coronary artery disease (CAD). In CAD, a fatty material called plaque (plak) builds up over many years on the inside walls of the coronary arteries (the arteries that supply blood and oxygen to your heart). Eventually, an area of plaque can rupture, causing a blood clot to form on the surface of the plaque. If the clot becomes large enough, it can mostly or completely block the flow of oxygen-rich blood to the part of the heart muscle fed by the artery. The most common heart attack signs and symptoms are:

    • Chest discomfort or pain—uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness, or pain in the center of the chest that can be mild or strong. This discomfort or pain lasts more than a few minutes or goes away and comes back.
    • Upper body discomfort in one or both arms, the back, neck, jaw, or stomach.
    • Shortness of breath may occur with or before chest discomfort.
    • Other signs include nausea (feeling sick to your stomach), vomiting, light headedness or fainting, or breaking out in a cold sweat.

Most heart attacks occur as a result of coronary artery disease (CAD). CAD is the build up over time of a material called plaque on the inner walls of the coronary arteries. Eventually, a section of plaque can break open, causing a blood clot to form at the site. A heart attack occurs if the clot becomes large enough to cut off most or all of the blood flow through the artery. The blocked blood flow prevents oxygen-rich blood from reaching the part of the heart muscle fed by the artery. The lack of oxygen damages the heart muscle. If the blockage isn’t treated quickly, the damaged heart muscle begins to die. Heart attack also can occur due to problems with the very small, microscopic blood vessels of the heart. This condition is called microvascular disease. It’s believed to be more common in women than in men.
I think that all from me, thank you.

    assalamualaikum and gud morning.

Today I had read and article about three cops were killed in a crash near the Km8 Jalan Muar-Melacca.. The position of the cops is constable...

Ok the story happen at Muar, Johor Bahru.. Ok the story is about three constable that just finished their duties at Jasin police station at Melacca have a ride to get back to their home.. In the middle of the journey to get back, they had been collided with the lorry which was making a U-turn...

The car was driven by Syafiq, one of the police...Two of them died at the scene... But one of them make it to the hospital of Sultanah Specialist..

My advice after I read the article is better be careful before this tragedy happen to us..
When we feel tired and sleepy while driving, rest a while or take a short nap before continuing your journey to your destination..
Also do not drive so fast at road because it is not only making your life in danger also other people that are in the road....

So my conclusion is, drive safely at road and remember your loves one...

Assalamualaikum and good morning to everyone...

Today I had read something that interesting while taking my breakfast.. The title is about a shop owner that shoots robber in leg...

This story also make me lough in the morning until makes my stomach hurt...haha...

Ok this story was happen at Jalan Loke yew Kuala Lumpur about 4pm..
The robber arrive at the shop near that area and tooks parang with them.. There are five men that tries to rob that shop..

But I feel so angry when the robber ask money from the shop owner that is 60 years old and that man give a small amount of money..the robber did not statisfied and slashed the owner's left ear..

After get what they want, the robber try to escape but the shop owner fired his pump gun and one of the robber was hit.. This make me feel relieve from becoming more angry...

I think this thing should not happen in our country because I believe that our country is full with people that respect each other more over the older one...
But this story make's me and this country shame from other country.. The sentences that say "the robber slashed the left ear of the owner that is 60 years old" is showing Malaysian people is rude to the old one..But not all people in Malaysia..

I hope that the robber will be caught and accept their punishes because doing robbing and rude thing's to older people... What a shame...

    That's all from me...
