to wear them, you just need to apply a thin layer of lash glue then bend it gently and attach it as close to your natural lash. then, use the tweezer to help you fix the corner. plus, you can get all this tools from red earth, bobbi brown or shu uemura.

  2. Hello..
I just want to share some information about football. From the FOX Sports on MSN, Tuesday, March 10 2009, there is a victory of Liverpool against Real Madrid, a famous football team. Liverpool won 4-0 in Anfield, Liverpool. Although Real Madrid is the excellent team but with the hard efforts and spirits from Liverpool's players and coach, they can achieve the success.

Fernando Torres, Steven Gerrard, Dossena are the players that scored the goals for Liverpool. With the motto,'You'll never walk alone', I think Liverpool could be the greatest football team in the world.

  3. Hello....
I want to share something that attracts my attention. It is an article about the two most famous operating system(OS) which are XP and Vista. Which one is better? In my opinion, I would prefer XP than Vista. It is obviously because XP is well-known as the best OS in the market. I totally do not agree with the news that Microsoft plans to discontinue the sales of Windows XP.

First, XP performs much better than Vista without any efforts of optimizing it. It runs faster and requires less memory. Moreover, XP uses smaller hard disk space than Vista. It is true that Vista is a fancy one with its interface and visual appeal but those factors have also contributed to slow down the system.

All I want to say is XP has mature enough to what it stands for. Of course it took times to be one of the most stable OS with its great efficiency. Compared to Vista, XP is more compatible with so many applications which has answered the reason why many people would rather stick with XP. Now, here comes the new Windows 7. They have introduced new OS without giving more time for previous versions to develop. As a conclusion, I thinks it is better if Microsoft find the way of perfecting XP first before moving forward.

  4. Hello...
Today, I want to share about daily school life from online artical. School is the place where we get all the education and knowledge that we need to get through life. Students have go to school and attend 7 hours classes from monday to friday. I think it will very tired for them. Moreover, they only have 45 to 50 minute to rest. That is not enough for them. I thinks students should give one hour for rest. Furthermore, the period of one class should be reduced. Example, the period of one class should reduced from 45 minutes to 35 minutes. On the other hand, they have to wear uniform to school.

In addition, the subject of students study are many in everyday. It should reduce the subject studying. After school, Students have to go back home by bus or car. They do the same thing again and again for everyday.

  5. Hi! Today I want to share the topic-Shell and Gas To Liquids (GTL). What is GTL?
GTL turns natural gas, which is more plentiful and cleaner burning than oil, into a liquid fuel. According to the online newspaper, I know that tackling urban air pollution is one of the major challenges facing the world today. Over 50% of the population worldwide now live in cities as people migrate to urban centres to find work. But, now the GTL is the developing real energy solutions for the real world. In road trials Shell GTL Fuel has proven again and again that it produces less emissions, and has the potential to contribute to improving air quality in some of the world’s busiest cities.
From this, I feel that the GTL is a good way for us to save the world because the one of the major consumer benefits of Shell GTL Fuel is that it can be used in most modern diesel engines with no need for modifications. Here, I also hope that the human being will be aware as fast as possible for save our planet. Thanks.

  6. Assalamualaikum, hello,
I want to share what i have read this morning. It is about a reticulated python at the Cave of Reptiles at Batu Caves. The python has laid more than 160 eggs over two days.
Normally, reticulated pythons laid 30 to 40 eggs with a maximum of up to 100 eggs. Although the quantity of eggs is only 60 extra, but it seem to unnormal case. Arun Raveendran, who owns the snake, believe that this is the first time a python laid such a large number of eggs.
In my thought, in 100s same, there must be 1 that differ.

  7. Hi,today I want to share something that is really important for students that live in hostel. Instant noodles have become a very common food among hostel students. Loosing budgets? Feel tired to buy food far away at the cafe? Then instant noodles will become the solution. But,do you know the correct way to cook instant noodles without harming our bodies and health. `Normally, how we cook the instant noodles is to put the noodles into a pot with water, throw in the powder and let it cook for around 3 minutes and then it’s ready to eat.By doing this, when we actually boil the ingredients in the powder, normally with MSG, it will change the molecular structures of the MSG causing it to be toxic. The other thing that you may or may not realize is that, the noodles are coated with wax and it will take around 4 to 5 days for the body to excrete the wax after you have taken the noodles. The correct method is, first, boil the noodles in a pot with water. Once the noodles is cooked, take out the noodles, and throw away the water which contains wax. Boil another pot of water till boiling and put the noodles into the hot boiling water and then shut the fire. Only at this stage when the fire is off, and while the water is very hot, put the ingredient with the powder into the water, to make noodle soup. However, if you need dry noodles, take out the noodles and add the ingredient with the powder and toss it to get dry noodles. Lastly to my friend, enjoy eating your instant noodles safely but please prevent Maggi, boycott Israel!

Today I want to share something that attracts my attention. Students nowadays study just to pass examinations. I agree fully with the statement. I am a student and I study just to pass examinations. It seem the same with my classmates. We only concerned with examinations. We do not study other things. The reason we do not study is because we do not have time for them. Our course subjects take up all our time in class and much of our time out of class. Lessons continue one after the other with hardly a break. Our brain switch from dynamics to strength of material to ordinary differential equations unceasingly. Then there is always the next examination around the corner. Since very young we have been taught this: passing an examination is good, failing is bad. We are expected to pass. If we fail, we are made to feel worthless. No one wants to be considered worthless or be punished for failure but that is what the world is. So we become obsessed with examinations. We study because we do not want to fail. This is how I feel. For some my classmates who cannot cope with the workload, the just simply give up studying. They are already marked as failures by the lecturers so they see no point in studying anymore. So the students study, some of them very hard indeed. Passing means success in the world. Failure is unspeakable. The fact remains that they study not for sake of knowledge but only so that they can pass the next examination. I am no different from them.

  10. Salam,
Today I want share about our solar system. We live on the planet Earth. Our planet is one of the nine planets that revolve periodically around the Sun. The nine planets and the sun make up what we knows as our solar system.

Nearest to the sun is the planets Mercury. Mercury is a tiny planets that is hardly visible to the naked eye.

Further out is Venus, sometimes called the Morning Star or the Evening Star. It is thus called because it is frequently seen in the morning or evening as a very bright object in the sky.

Next come to Earth. Earth is the only planet in the entire Solar System known to support life. Why is this so no one really knows.

The fourth planet from the Sun is the Mars. This planet is sometimes visible as a reddish object in the night sky. Viewed through powerful telescope one may see some details on the planet’s surface.

After Mars comes the giant planet Jupiter. It is the largest planet in the Solar System. There are the a number of moons orbiting Jupiter. They can be seen through a telescope. Also the surface of Jupiter shows a variety of patterns of which a huge red spots is plainly visible. The red spot is said to be many times the size of Earth.

Between Jupiter and Mars there exist many small objects called asteroids. They are not normally visible but scientists have confirmed they exist.

Next come to the beautiful Saturn. It is quite a sight to view Saturn through a telescope and see distinctly the multicoloured rings it is so famous for. Saturn is not as big as Jupiter but it is bigger than the other planets.

Further out we have Neptune, Uranus, Pluto. Pluto is smallest of the planets and can hardly be seen even with a powerful telescope.

Millions of miles separate the planets from one another. Thus it is only recently that the man could visit our neighbouring planets. So far man has not set foot on any planets.

If we look at the night sky we can see literally millions of stars. So could it be that there are others solar systems too? Perhaps each star has its own solar system. We do not know. One day when we are able. We may find out.

  11. Salam,
Today I would like to talk about pollution and how to reduce it. The world now that we live is badly affected by pollution. The rivers and the seas are polluted. The air is polluted. The land is polluted. Consequently the things we drink, breath in and eat are all polluted.
This is sad state affairs do not good for our health and well being. Pollution is virtually destroying the place we live in. If pollution is allowed to go on and on we will surely destroying ourselves too. We ought to value our planet for it is only place for we can live in. If we destroy it then we are also finished.

Eliminating pollution completely is impossible. So it is important that we try to keep pollution to a minimum. There are many things we can reduce it.

The very first thing for everyone is to stop dumping rubbish anywhere they like. Throwing rubbish seems to be the favourite pastime of everyone. So we see piles of rubbish on the road sides, in ditches and drains, in backlanes and often the main road too.

What rubbish do people throw away? Empty cans and bottles, sweet wrappers, plastic bags full of smelly stuff, dead animals, broken toys, broken television sets, food, old cars and kitchen items that can be found in the rubbish dumps. Perhaps we could recycle that thing we use instead of simply throwing them away. We could, for example, reuse glass, metals, plastics. We could cook only only what is necessary instead of throwing what we could not eat. We could keep our cars and sinks in good working instead of abusing them as many us do now. Then we could have less rubbish to throw. Consequently there would be less rubbish to dumps and less pollution.

Motor vehicles are major cause of air pollution. They admit much exhaust fumes. In big cities this pollution has reached levels that pose a threat to the health of the city dwellers. Some cities have already advised their residents to wear gas masks when they venture onto the streets. The only way to reduce this pollution is obviously to reduce the number of vehicle on the roads.

Factories and industrial plants are largely responsible for pollution of the air, water, and land. The waste they discharge into the rivers and land destroy both. The smoke they emit pollute the air. What they must do is to find ways to reduce their wastes.

Whatever we can really reduce pollution and thus save our planet is up to us. Pollute it more and shall perish.

Today I would like to about water since water problem is an issue in Universiti Malaysia Pahang. Water is one of the most important things on earth. Every living thing needs water for its survival. Without water, plants, animals, microbes-everything will perish.

Our bodies are composed of about 75% water. So we are literally walking bags of water. Water allowed our blood to flow through the blood vessel thus supplying the body with vital nutrients. Also water allows waste matter to be eliminated from the body via the excretory system. Our need for water becomes very apparent when we are thirsty. The taste of water going down the throat is something we all find so much pleasure in. we drink glasses of this precious transparent liquid everyday. It is vital to our life.

  13. Salam,
Today I would like to share information on how to prevent rape. Rape is an act of violence which involves sex. It is one of the fastest growing but least reported crimes in America. Society's understanding of what constitutes rape is expanding, with the recognition of spousal abuse and date-rape and the fact that both men and women can be raped. Almost half of rape victims know their attacker; most rapes occur in the victim's home. It is not a crime of passion, but an expression of rage and hostility and power. Therefore it can happen to anyone at any time, without regard to age, appearance, or behavior of the victim. But certain actions can be taken to reduce the chances of being sexually attacked.

One of the best precautions against rape is to be aware of some of the consequences of your lifestyle. Hitchhiking, driving alone at night, talking with strangers and other such actions cause one to be more vulnerable. Some women resist curtailing their lifestyle, feeling it is unfair that they must be inconvenienced because of a lawless person's actions. This is a foolish and risky stance; regardless of the unfairness, the threat is there.
This does not mean that you should live in fear, or that altering your lifestyle will make you safe from attack. It does mean that you should be aware of the problem and make minor changes when possible. Learn to assess your particular situation and plan ahead. Ask yourself, "What would I do if...?" Practice your plan and be ready to act on it.

SIMPLE THINGS YOU CAN DO TO MAKE YOURSELF MORE SECURE
    • Change all locks when moving to a new house or apartment. Use only dead bolt locks.
    • Install chain locks on outside doors, and make sure the door is solid wood.
    • Always lock the door when leaving the house, even if only for a few minutes.
    • Do not leave keys outside in a hiding place.
    • Don't keep your house key on the same ring with car keys.
    • Install window locks or devices to limit how far the window can be opened.
    • Consider installing an electronic security system or subscribing to a neighborhood patrol.
    • Use last name and initials in phone directory and on mailbox if you are female.
    • Do not give your name or address to an unknown phone caller. If you receive an obscene phone call, hang up immediately.
    • Never open the door to strangers. Ask service or delivery people for identification.
    • Be appropriately dressed to go to the door.
    • If alone when someone comes to the door, say loudly, "I'll get it, John." Say, "My husband is here, but he's asleep."
    • Close curtains and shades at night.
    • Turn on outside and adequate inside lights.
    • If an intruder breaks in, get out--the opposite of whichever way he is coming in. If you cannot get out, try to go to a room with a phone and a lockable door. Call 911.
    • When walking, stay close to curb, away from shrubbery and doorways. Do not take shortcuts through alleys, vacant lots or parks.
    • If accosted from a car, run the opposite direction from where the car is headed.
    • If waiting for public transportation, stand with your back against a wall.
    • Walk or drive on busy, well-lighted streets.
    • Know where you are going; don't look lost.
    • If you walk to your car alone at night, carry your keys in your hand; they make good weapons. Get a car alarm which automatically unlocks doors.
    • Park in well-lighted areas, lock all doors, and take careful note of the location so that you can return directly to your car.
    • If possible, return to the car in groups; check the back seat before getting in.
    • Never hitchhike or pick up a hitchhiker.
    • Keep your car in good repair. Don't let the tank get below half-full.
    • If you often come home late, vary the route.
    • If you think you are being followed, drive directly to the nearest all-night store or police station. Don't go home or get out of the car. Blow your horn and flash your car lights to attract attention.
    • A favorite ploy of muggers and rapists is to rear-end a vehicle and attack the driver who gets out to assess damage. If someone tries to stop your car, keep driving if possible; try to overtake another car or go to a police or gas station.
    • Don't stop to assist strangers; drive on and call police or highway emergency help.
    • Let someone know where you are going and when you'll return.
    • If your car breaks down, stay in the car with hood up, flashers on, doors and windows locked. If anyone stops to help, ask him to call for police or emergency repair.
    • Do not enter an elevator with a person who makes you feel uneasy. Also check to be sure the car has not been summoned to the roof or basement. Stand near the control panel. If someone gets on who seems suspicious, get off on the next floor. If all other passengers get off except a stranger, get off with them and take another car.
    • When leaving a store or mall, look about for suspicious actions, such as a car idling nearby. Try not to have arms full of packages. Walk out with others, if possible.

  14. Hello everybody. I would like to share with you about an interesting article. With my pleasure, I love to share something relate to our health. The article is about 'The Truth about Plastic Surgery'. Cosmetic Surgery is now so popular that Norman Waterhouse, head of Cranio-Facial unit at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in the UK, worries that people forget it is still surgery. there are risks and facts that some practitioners won't fell them. Here are Waterhouse's sobering thoughts. Firstly, scarless surgery does not exist which mean that scars can be limited to discreet areas, but there are still scars.Plus, liposuction cannot get rid of cellulite. it can remove fat and improve body contour, but it may actually cellulite worst. In a nut shell, I think,we better think twice to undergoing with the surgery. That is all that I can share with. Hope to share some more with you next time.Bye

  15. Hello, it's me again. Not all of you knows that headphones seem to be getting smaller and smaller. But are the ones that sit inside your ears worse for you than traditional ones that sit over your ears? They can be, if your music is too loud. Ear phones pushed into the ear are going to deliver a greater sound pressure level compared with normal ones. And this could increase the risk of damage. If you hear ringing in your ears or things sound muffled after listening, you've over done it. Usually the problem subsides, but listening to loud music regularly, with any type of headset, could lead to permanent hearing loss. So, friend, i hope that all of you might take a good care of our ears. As we getting older, the eardrum might less elastic as a result, hearing less. Do you want this problem effect us? Just think about it

Today, I would like to share about love. Can we define love? It’s not easy because love means different things to different people. However, generally, ‘love’ is understood as having a deep affection for something or someone. There is various types of love. There is love between a man and woman, which can culminate into a legal bond, called marriage. Deep feelings also develop among friends who perhaps share the same interests as one does or have similar philosophies in life. And what about the love between a student and a teacher? Throughout history, the teacher is well respected by his or her students. In fact, the teachings and the reactions of teacher are valuable to the students and that students try to lead almost similar lives to their teacher. Similarly to the teacher, too, respects and loves the students for who they are. Then, there is the love for God. Many people put their lives on this path. Therefore, love is many things and no matter how perceive it, it exists everywhere in various type forms or circumstances. Through love, we understand what relationships are, what friendships mean and what knowledge is. Without love, we live an empty life, without joy and contentment and that is very sad indeed.

Now I like to shared article about chlorine in pool does not provide safety from some germs and parasites. Are you aware that public swimming pools and shared water areas can be very efficient spreaders of disease? This is because there are germs and parasites called Giardia and Cryptosporidium cysts that extremely resistant to chlorine and may remain infective for several days in swimming pool water containing even the recommended chlorine concentrations. In addition, because of their small size, these may not be removed efficiently by conventional pool filters.

To prevent transmission, persons with diarrhea should not swim. As well, it is unlikely that those swim diapers can keep fecal matter from leaking into the pool. Swimmers should avoid swallowing pool water, and persons should practice good hygiene before swimming, after using the restroom, and after changing a diaper. Lastly that is why people should be aware about public facilities like swimming pool, even have a chlorine it does not guaranty its clean as we thought.

Today I would to give my support on Earth Hour 2009 campaign that asking more than one billion people in 1,000 cities around the world to switch off lights for just one hour on Saturday, 28 March 2009 at 8:30pm (local time) to create a platform of support for action on climate change. Now the global warming on our earth become more worst than before that is causes by non stop development
that given many pollution to our earth. For an action we could give our support to save our earth just like list below of simple action that we as student can consider to reduce their energy consumption:

    1. Switch off unused lights
    2. Switch unused appliances and computers off standby
    3. Reduce use of hot water
    4. Switch off the air-conditioner when you are not in the room
    5. Use shopping bags rather than plastic bags. Plastic is a petroleum product. That means using fewer bags helps reduce our use of fossil fuels and helps reduce global warming.

Moreover, by using your shopping bags on your trips to the grocery store, you’ll be drastically reducing pollution. Plastic bags don’t just end up in landfills…they end up in oceans, too. Every year we hear of turtles, dolphins and birds dying as a result of accidentally eating plastic bags.
So, guys do not forget tomorrow (28 March 2009) to give your supports if you are the one who care about our living planet.

    Hello…

I had read an article titled “Eating to Sleep Well”. This article explains about the importance of sleep and some things that are known to affect sleep. As we all know, poor sleep can affect our work, concentration, and ability to interact with others. The optimal average of sleep is 7-9 hours; too much or too little sleep leaves a person feeling tired and irritable. One of the things that effect sleep is eating too much or too little can disrupt sleep. You should take some snack before you go to sleep. In the other hand, if you eat too much food, it will lead to wakefulness. In addition, milk and honey can promote sleep. Milk contains tryptophan which increases the amount of serotonin, a natural sedative, in the brain. Meanwhile honey is a simple sugar which facilitates the entry of tryptophan into the brain. Thirdly, drinking fluids too close to bedtime can cause problems. It will cause you to go to bathroom several times. You also should not eat late at night. Lying down with a full stomach will cause uncomfortable heartburn. Next, caffeine can disturb sleep. You should not take caffeine if you are sensitive to it. Those are some tips for you to practice in order to sleep well at night.

    Assalamualaikum and hello to everybody…

Today, I have reading on something about thymoma. I am curious to know what it is after I saw the Korean series entitled ‘Snow Queen’ last night. haha. Thymoma is disease in which cancer cells are found in the tissues of the thymus, the small organs lies under the breastbone. Thymus makes white blood cells called lymphocytes, which travel through the body and fight infection. Commonly, people who suffer thymoma having other diseases in their immune system like myasthenia gravis which the muscles are weak. People with thymoma often suffer pain in chest. Thymoma can be treated using three kinds of treatments depending on the stage of the cancer whether it is just in the thymus or has spread to other places, the types of cells found in the cancer, and the patient's general state of health. The treatments are using surgery, radiation therapy and hormone therapy. Surgery is done to remove the tumor while radiation therapy is using high-dose x-rays to kill the cancer cells and hormone therapy is done to stop the cancer cells from growing using hormones. Unluckily, not all patients are cured with standard therapy and some standard treatments may have more side effects than are desired.

The dugong have been found dead over a span of a week. As we know that before this have a death of a baby dugong named Si Tenang in 1999. No less than 12 dugong carcasses had been found in Johor waters till 2004.

On Friday, a male dugong, weighing about 300kg, was found floating in the waters off a village in Tanjung Langsat about 5pm. She has been found by fisherman that want to catch the fish in the see. On the belly of dugong have wound that cause the dead of the dugong. before that have two dugong that have been found by another fisherman on the different places.

Dugong is the animal like cow but they live in the sea and eat seagrass, like cow they eat grass on the land. dugong is the unique species and they breastfeeding their child like human and another mammlia species. Actually, I never see this species ever before. I just see it on the television, they are so cute animal.

  23. Assalamualaikum and hello..,

If you feel worn-out and sore, it could be all in your head -- specifically your sinuses. It's even possible that your arthritis, fibromyalgia, or chronic fatigue syndrome is a misdiagnosis of pain and tiredness from recurring sinus infections, says Alexander C. Chester, MD, a clinical professor of medicine at Georgetown University Medical Center.

The simptoms Dr. Chester estimates that half of people with chronic sinusitis have serious body aches and fatigue. The pain can be all over but more pronounced in spots like the shoulders, neck, and hips. Tooth pain and sensitivity can also send people racing to the dentist, when a sinus infection is the actual culprit.

If we don't want to go to hospital, we can apply some home care.First try a saline spray, decongestant, or antihistamine. Capsaicin pepper spray is an alternative remedy showing some promise. Staying well hydrated can keep nasal secretions flowing freely, preventing stuffiness that can harbor infection. If symptoms persist, talk to your doctor about prescription remedies. Antibiotics can cure bacterial infections and reduce swelling in sinuses.

We also can have a surgery.Dr. Chester advises considering surgery after three months of unsuccessful treatment. More than 200,000 endoscopic sinus surgeries are done in the United States each year to enlarge narrow passages and improve drainage. They have an 85 percent success rate. The operation takes about an hour and can be done under general or local anesthesia.
I hope this imformation will help some of you.. That all, Thank you.

Today I would like to share about one article that i had read this morning. This article is about chocholate. I believe there are many people love to eat chocholate. In this article, it told us about the benefits of chocolate to our health. For example, raw chocolate is high in tryptophan. The human body uses tryptophan to help manufacture serotonin, a biogenic amine or neurotransmitter that prevents depression, and act as an anti-depressant. Raw chocolate is also an excelllent source of magnesium (Mg)which is really important in good heart function. Raw chocolate also contains oleic acid. This acid is a monounsaturated fat that early research findings show helps raise the good cholesterol or HDL.
In addition, we can get many benefits of eating chocolate. But, we must eat it in balance quantity and rarely.

  25. Assalamualaikum and hello,

This time, I want to share some that we will have it on the future. I'm very sure that most of us will work in an office. So, I want to tell some secrets to managing workplace stress.. Just for u to take attention.Actually, you have a greater ability to shape your office environment than you may realize.

~Take breaks throughout the day. It will help clear your mind and relieve pressure. Something as simple as going to the water cooler for a drink may do the trick.
~Enroll in a noontime or an after-work exercise class. This will give you a chance to unwind and a way to relieve stress.
~To help your workday go smoothly, try pacing your activities: Do more demanding work in the morning, when your energy level is higher, and easier work later in the day, when you may be tired.
~Try listening to music recordings, such as a pounding surf or songbirds, to help you relax. Such tapes are sold commercially. Use headphones if you'll be listening to them in the middle of the workday.
~Get to work early or stay late once a week. You may be able to accomplish more when you vary your routine.

If your stress comes from job insecurity, take stock of yourself. Update your resume, and remind yourself of your skills and strengths. Also, make sure you keep up with new developments in your field. This will make you valuable to employers.

Don't let work rumors, which are usually false, cause you worry. A co-worker may just be thinking out loud about worst-case scenarios.

If your office is less structured (or if you are the boss), consider a company mascot. A cat or dog can do wonders for workers' morale. That all, Thank you..

Today I want to share something about health and skin care. More specifically, it about acne. Acne vulgaris is a common disease in developed nations, one that has increased particularly among adult women. The precise mechanisms of the acne process are characterized by sebum overproduction, follicular hyperkeratinization, oxidative stress and inflammation. Inflammation is one of the earliest events to occur in the acne process, the influence of inflammatory mediators and subsequent free radical generation has become a major focus of experimental and clinical research.
Moreover, one study in over 1000 teenagers from North Carolina found that each of the primary signs of acne comedones, papules, pustules, acne cysts and oily skin were significantly lower in those consuming the greatest amounts of fish and seafood. Fish oil may be effective in reducing inflammatory acne. Furthermore,a number of emerging studies have also shown that acne patients may be under increased local and systemic oxidative stress, and the lowered blood levels of various antioxidant and anti-inflammatory nutrients might be a reflection of the increased demand in acne.
On the one hand there are certainly hints that marine lipids, minerals and phytochemicals might have potential to reduce inflammatory acne lesions, and on the other, it is almost difficult not to notice that these are the very same nutrients that have been shown to influence mental outlook, depressive symptoms and anxiety.
    That's all.Thank you.

  27. Assalamualaikum......

Today I want share somthing about diseases that infect our nose that we call it as sinus infection or sinusitis. It is an inflammation of the sinuses and nasal passages.A sinus infection can cause a headache or pressure in the eyes, nose, cheek area, or on one side of the head. A person with a sinus infection may also have a cough, a fever, bad breath, and nasal congestion with thick nasal secretions. Sinusitis is categorized as acute (sudden onset) or chronic (long term, the most common type).

Anatomy of the sinuses (also called paranasal sinuses): The human skull contains four major pairs of hollow air-filled-cavities called sinuses. These are connected to the space between the nostrils and the nasal passage. Sinuses help insulate the skull, reduce its weight, and allow the voice to resonate within it. The four major pairs of sinuses are the:

    -Frontal sinuses (in the forehead)
-Maxillary sinuses (behind the cheek bones)
    -Ethmoid sinuses (between the eyes)
    -Sphenoid sinuses (behind the eyes)

The sinuses contain defenses against foreign viruses and bacteria (germs). If the normal defenses are disrupted, they may allow bacteria normally present in the nasal passages to enter any of the sinuses. Once there, the bacteria may stick to the lining cells and cause a sinus infection.

Acute sinusitis usually lasts less than eight weeks or occurs no more than three times per year with each episode lasting no longer than 10 days. Medications are usually effective against acute sinusitis. Successful treatment counteracts damage done to the mucous lining of the sinuses and surrounding bone of the skull.

Chronic sinusitis lasts longer than eight weeks or occurs more than four times per year with symptoms usually lasting more than 20 days.

The sinuses are covered with a mucus layer and cells that contain little hairs on their surfaces (cilia). These help trap and propel bacteria and pollutants outward.

I hope that article can give more benefit to protect our nose become infected by this diseases. Thank you...

  28. Assalamualaikum.......

Hello!!!.. Today I want to share about tips how to improving our memory. As we know, we are going to sitting our final exam just only 1 month. So, here the tips that i want to share.

    1. Focus your attention on the materials you are studying.
Attention is one of the major components of memory. In order for information to move from short-term memory into long-term memory, you need to actively attend to this information. Try to study in a place free of distractions such as television, music, and other diversions.

    2. Avoid cramming by establishing regular study sessions.
According to Bjork (2001), studying materials over a number of session’s gives you the time you need to adequately process the information. Research has shown that students who study regularly remember the material far better that those did all of their studying in one marathon session.

    3. Structure and organize the information you are studying.
Researchers have found that information is organized in memory in related clusters. You can take advantage of this by structuring and organizing the materials you are studying. Try grouping similar concepts and terms together, or make an outline of your notes and textbook readings to help group related concepts.

    4. Utilize mnemonic devices to remember information.
Mnemonic devices are a technique often used by students to aid in recall. A mnemonic is simply a way to remember information. For example, you might associate a term you need to remember with a common item that you are very familiar with. The best mnemonics are those that utilize positive imagery, humor, or novelty. You might come up with a rhyme, song, or joke to help remember a specific segment of information.

    5. Elaborate and rehearse the information you are studying.
In order to recall information, you need to encode what you are studying into long-term memory. One of the most effective encoding techniques is known as elaborative rehearsal. An example of this technique would be to read the definition of a key term, study the definition of that term, and then read a more detailed description of what that term means. After repeating this process a few times, your recall of the information will be far better.

    6. Relate new information to things you already know.
When you are studying unfamiliar material, take the time to think about how this information relates to things that you already know. By establishing relationships between new ideas and previously existing memories, you can dramatically increase the likelihood of recalling the recently learned information.

    7. Visualize concepts to improve memory and recall.
Many people benefit greatly from visualizing the information they study. Pay attention to the photographs, charts, and other graphics in your textbooks. If you don’t have visual cues to help, try creating your own. Draw charts or figures in the margins of your notes or use highlighters or pens in different colors to group related ideas in your written study materials.

    8. Teach new concepts to another person.
Research suggests that reading materials out loud significantly improves memory of the material. Educators and psychologists have also discovered that having students actually teach new concepts to others enhances understanding and recall. You can use this approach in your own study by teaching new concepts and information to a friend or study partner.

    9. Pay extra attention to difficult information.
Have you ever noticed how it's sometimes easier to remember information at the beginning or end of a chapter? Researchers have found that the position of information can play a role in recall, which is known as the serial position effect. While recalling middle information can be difficult, you can overcome this problem by spending extra time rehearsing this information or try restructuring the information so it will be easier to remember. When you come across an especially difficult concept, devote some extra time to memorizing the information.

    10. Vary your study routine.
Another great way to increase your recall is to occasionally change your study routine. If you are accustomed to studying in one specific location, try moving to a different spot to study. If you study in the evening, try to spend a few minutes each morning reviewing the information you studied the previous night. By adding an element of novelty to your study sessions, you can increase the effectiveness of your efforts and significantly improve your long-term recall.

That's all from me, hope all the tips can help us to improve our memory.

    Is Organic Food Safer?

This month i want to share an article about health which is crucial for us to lead a healthy lifestyle..

Acute lymphoblastic leukemia is up 10.7 percent over the last twenty years. Brain cancer is up 30 percent; osteogenic sarcoma, a type of bone cancer, is up 50 percent; and testicular cancer is up 60 percent in men under thirty. No one can tell us why. Scientific studies provide clues that are difficult to ignore:
    • Children whose parents work with pesticides are more likely to suffer leukemia, brain cancer, and other afflictions.
    • Studies show that childhood leukemia is related to increased pesticide use around the house.
    • Nine studies reviewed by the National Cancer Institute showed a correlation between pesticide exposure and brain cancer.
    • Exposure to weed killers in childhood increases asthma risk by more than fourfold.
All the dangers stated above are not the result of eating pesticide-treated produce. This clear link between pesticides and cancer is a result of chemical use around the home and farm.1 Clearly, it is not logical to eat organic food to avoid pesticide residue and then spray our homes with carcinogenic insecticides and weed killers used liberally in and around homes, interior plants, lawns, gardens, and even schools.
Because young children are the ones most susceptible to toxic exposures, the National Academy of Science has issued warnings and position papers stating that exposure to pesticides in early life can increase cancer rates down the road as well as increasing the occurrence of mental and immune system disorders.2
We must be careful not to expose our children to chemical cleaners, insecticides, and weed killers on our lawns. Chemicals used in pressure-treated wood used to build lawn furniture, decks, fences, and swings sets have been shown to place children at risk. When children are around, we must be vigilant to maintain a chemical-free environment.
The Environmental Protection Agency reports that the majority of pesticides now in use are probable or possible cancer causers. Studies of farm workers who work with pesticides suggest a link between pesticide use and brain cancer, Parkinson's disease, multiple myloma, leukemia, lymphoma, and cancers of the stomach, prostate, and testes.3 But the question remains, does the low level of pesticides remaining on our food present much of a danger?
Some scientists argue that the extremely low level of pesticide residue remaining on produce is insignificant and that there are naturally occurring toxins in all natural foods that are more significant. The large amount of studies performed on the typical pesticide-treated produce have demonstrated that consumption of produce, whether organic or not, is related to lower rates of cancer and disease protection, not higher rates. Certainly, it is better to eat fruits and vegetables grown and harvested using pesticides than not eating them at all. The health benefits of eating phytochemical-rich produce greatly outweigh any risk pesticide residues might pose.
It has been shown that women with higher levels of pesticides in their bloodstream have a higher risk of breast cancer.4 However, the pesticide shown in these studies to be connected to cancer was DDT, which is no longer used in food production and was banned by the U.S. government in 1972. The problem is that DDT is still in the environment and finds its way back into our food supply, predominately via shellfish and fish consumption. So purchasing organic fruit and vegetables will not lower our exposure to DDT if we are eating fish and shellfish regularly.
Keep in mind, there is a significantly larger exposure to toxic chemicals in animal products compared to plant food. By eating lower on the food chain and reducing our intake of animal products, one automatically reduces exposure to toxic chemicals. Plants have the least fat-soluble pollutants, animals that eat plants have more, and animals that eat animals have the highest levels of these toxic compounds. Fish that eat smaller fish will store the toxic compounds from every fish it ever ate, including all the fish eaten by the fish it just made a meal of. It is important to avoid lobster, shellfish, catfish, and predator fish such as tuna, bluefish, striped bass, shark, and swordfish, where toxins such as PCB, DDT, dioxin, and mercury are likely to build up due to the compounding effects of eating lots of smaller fish. One gets larger doses of more toxic compounds from these contaminated animal products than would be possible to take in from produce.
Organic food is certainly your best bet, to further limit exposure to toxic chemicals. No one knows for sure how much risk exists from pesticide residue on produce, but here's what we do know: the younger you are, the more your cells are susceptible to damage from toxins. It seems wise to feed our young children organic food whenever possible.
Of course, wash your vegetables and fruit with water and when possible, use a drop of dishwashing detergent and then rinse well to remove all detergent residues for a little more efficient cleaning. Specialty pesticide removal products have not clearly demonstrated any more effectiveness than mild soap and water.
Besides the heightened exposure to chemicals and pesticides from animal products, the most hazardous pesticides are used on some plant foods responsible for the majority of the plant-food-related dietary risk. These foods with the most pesticide residue are: strawberries, peaches, raspberries, blackberries, grapes, cherries, apples, and celery. Imported produce is also more likely to contain higher levels of pesticides.5
There is another reason to feed our children organic food when possible. Organic food usually has more nutrients than conventional.6 One study performed at the University of California at Davis found that foods grown organically had higher amounts of flavonoids, which have protective effects against both heart disease and cancer. The researchers found flavonoids were more than 50 percent higher in organic corn and strawberries. They theorized that when plants are forced to deal with the stress of insects, they produce more of these compounds, which are beneficial to humans.7 Overall, organic foods taste better, and organic agriculture protects farmers and our environment.

    Hello…

I had read an article about chocolate. Its title is “chocolate’s Secret Health Benefit”. Chocolate contains full of potent antioxidants called phenols. In fact, a 1.5-ounce chocolate bar has as much antioxidant power as a 5-ounce glass of red wine. Chocolate is believed contains only a very small amount of caffeine. In addition, one-third of the fat in chocolate is a cholesterol-friendly fat called stearic acid, and another third is an unsaturated fat called oleic acid. Researchers also found that the chocolate diet reduced LDL oxidation. For your information, dark chocolate contains more phenols than other forms of chocolate and milk chocolate contains milk fat (palmitic acid) that is highly saturated. So, you better choose dark chocolate.

Today, i would like to share an article about a survey. The title of this survey is 'Do Malaysians shower before going to bed?'. Do you shower before going bed? Do you think Malaysians shower before going bed?
Less than half of Malaysians hit the showers before they turn in for the day. According to a recent survey conducted by CloveTWO.com and Kosmo! newspaper, only 44% shower right before going to bed.
Why is it important to shower just right before bedtime? Well, simply because everyone, whatever their age, are constantly exposed to bacteria. For example at school, in the garden, at the office etc. Then of course there's the little forgotten fact that the bed itself makes for the perfect breeding ground for all sorts of microorganisms that could lead to a wide range of health problems.
However,Showering in the morning, before the activities of the day, is also recommended. It freshens up the body, removing the build-up of bacteria during the night, and of course, perks you up to start the day.
For those with sensitive skin who are prone to skin irritation that leads to scratching, showering twice a day - in the morning and night - is absolutely vital.
That's all from me for now. Assalamualaikum.

I would like to share about acing the interview. Knowing what employers want is the first step in landing your dream. There are four steps how to face the interview which are attire, punctuality, during the interview and after the interview. Before the interview, the candidates need to do some research about the company and position they are applying for. For the first step which is attire, the candidates should be neatly pressed, look professional and smart all times. Next, the candidates should be at the interview at the time agreed. Do not be late, and do not be too early. For the third step, which is during the interview. The candidates should be comfortable , confident (but not arrogant) and be candid with their answers. They also must be humble and have good insights about themselves and their answers. Lastly, for the last step which is after the interview. It is acceptable to send a thank you note to the interviewer and to express their further interest in the position and company.

I think that's all from me. I hope this article can help me as well as fellow friends in order to get job in the future. Thank you.

Today I would like to share about road safety tips on how to prevent road injury in the car especially when there is a child in that car. Firstly, the parents must always use car seat, starting with their baby's first ride from hospital. Next,an infant is not safe in their arm. Even a minor accident may break their child from their hold. They can even crush him in a collision. Thirdly, they must never put their baby on their lap while driving. For every child should use a child restraint suitable for his size and weight with SIRIM approval. The parents need to choose car seat with restraints. Be sure to follow the manufacturer's installation instruction precisely and check the vehicle's owner's manual for installation procedures.Lastly, the infant car seat should be installed facing the rear. After one year, he can move into a properly secured, forward facing toddler seat. The parents also must make sure that there are no loose objects on the parcel shelf, seat or floor of the car that could fly about in a car crash that can lead to injury.

I hope this article can give many important tips on how to prevent road injury. Thank you.

  36. Assalamualaikum..

Today I would like to share about an article that I have read. The title of article is ' C My Bladder'.

This article exposed us getting to know more about cancer of the urinary bladder. Mr.Lim, a 62-year-old man had complained of one episode of painless blood stained urine. he had no other significant medical health problem. He smoke about 15 to 20 cigarettes per day over the last 20 years and just retired from working in a glue factory for 30 years. Then, he was treated by a general practitioner as a case of urinary tract infection. He urine cleared up almost immediately, but the blood-stained urine recurred six months later. He went back to his GP, who subsequently referred him to a urologist for ultrasound scan of the urinary system and this revealed multiple "bushes" of tumour-like growth in the urinary bladder. The urinary bladder is a reservoir which store and discharges urine at the appropriate time. Urine itself is produced from the two kidneys. Urothelial cancer may occur anywhere along the urinary tract, from the kidney to the proximal part of the prostatic lining. The most common site for urothelial cancer is in the bladder.

The most common symptom is that of blood in the urine. Other conditions such as urinary stones and infection can also give rise to blood in the urine, but these conditions are usually associated with some amount of pain or discomfort at urination. Therefore, if one passes blood in the urine without any pain which is any condition known as painless haematuria, one must rule out cancer of the urinary tract. In the early stages, there are no other symptoms nor signs. Of course, the bleeding can be diluted by taking more fluids or diuretics. Haematuria detected during microscopic analysis also has similar implications and warrants a full medical evaluation. The bleeding from the tumour can be intermittent. Therefore, one must be ever vigilant, even if there is only one episode of painless haematuria.

Bladder cancer is commoner in the older age group (above 60 years of age) and is very rare in children. It is more common in males compared to females, with a ratio of four to one. It is the sixth most common cancer in the US. According to the National Cancer Registry of Malaysia 2002, it ranks as the 10th commonest cancer in males. For Malaysian men, it comprises 4.1% of all new cancers, with a peak incidence of 33.5 per 100,000 for men in the age group of 60 to 69 years of age. Other than the above epidemiological factors, the most well known cause is smoking. Smoking increases the incidence of bladder cancer by three-fold, and also worsens the outcome of bladder cancer patients who continue to smoke. Certain chemicals (eg aromatic amines) used in industry (eg dye in textile or rubber) and in agriculture may increase the incidence of bladder cancer. Hence, workers in the rubber, chemical, leather, textile, metal, and printing industries are exposed to substances such as aniline dye and aromatic amines that may increase their risk for bladder cancer. However, such occupational hazards take up to 20 years to manifest. Chronic infections and irritation (eg by kidney stones) may predispose to certain types of bladder cancers, eg squamous cell carcinoma (SCC).

If we have blood in the urine, we should consult a doctor who specialises in the urinary tract, namely, a urologist. Based on the clinical features, he will be able to determine the relevance of our symptoms and decide on the further tests. Blood in the urine can be confirmed by a simple urine dipstix test. The red blood cells can also be quantified with microscopy. The urologist will usually arrange for appropriate imaging studies of the urinary tract. A minimum screening test is that of an ultrasound of the urinary tract. A full urinary bladder would give a better image on ultrasound. Nowadays, multi-slice computerised tomography (MSCT) give good pictures not only of the urinary tractbut also any extension of the growth to any other areas, example outside the bladder or the lymph nodes. Intravenous urography, which can pick up a space-occupying growth along the urinary tract, can be done if the patient has a normal kidney function. The excretion of the radiocontrast material will indicate the functioning of the kidneys as well as the blood supply to the kidneys.

I hope by sharing this article we can take the precaution to avoid the dangerous disease.

    Assalamualaikum....

I've read a lot about oil palm as I used to grow in 'oil palm' environment. So, I think I want to share a little bit about it.

The oil palm provides food, fuel and fibre to the world. Its magnanimous land productivity, giving it the highest yield per hectare compare to the other at present, makes palm oil the leading vegetable oil in the world. In addition, growing oil palms, instead of the other oil crops, saves large acres of land from being deforested.

    Some fact of Oil Palm...

As a food source, palm oil is the major vegetable oil producer, with a dominant 31% share of the world market. As the world is looking for biofuels, oil palm is the best choice. As a biofuel source, its share is a meager 1.2% of the world’s supply of biofuels. However, it is a very green biofuel when compared to rapeseed, soyabean and sunflower biofuels as it has the lowest life cycle greenhouse gas emissions.

So, I think thats enough for now. For more information about one of our country main income, which is palm oil industry, you may search more in the web.

    Salam...,

    Something to tell...

SubhanALLAH - time flies by and we don't even notice it. Day after day is burnt, and we take no heed of it; no time to reflect and ponder as to where our minutes are being invested, where our time is leading us, and how we've exhausted our lives thus far. ALLAH swore by the time in Surah Al-Asr to emphasize the value of it. But a more frightening verse about this subject is:

"And for every nation there is an appointed term; then when the appointment is reached, not an hour can they delay it, nor shall they advance"
    (Al-'Araf:verse 74)

Yes, the only certainty in life is that it will end. That appointment is concealed and preserved in ALLAH's knowledge alone. None of us are at liberty to delay that appointment by as little as a second, nor even advance it. If the angel of death arrives at our doorstep in a state of sin, not a minute can we hold him back to rectify that condition. When the trumpet is blown, on the day of judgment, our souls and bodies will be driven by an overwhelming power towards the jury of final account. There is no hiding, no procrastination, no extensions of "deadlines" - it's all against our will.

So, as a muslim, what should we do..? I think, we all know the answer..

Ali Ibn abi Talib (RadhiALLAHU Anhu said):

"Work in this life as though you shall live forever. Prepare for death as though you will die tomorrow"

Lets us pray may ALLAH protect us against all evil, and fill our time with goodness and virtue. Ameen.....

Today I want to share about air pollution reduce fetus size that I had read today.A study by researchers at Queensland University in Brisbane, Australia warns that women exposed to air pollution in urban areas during pregnancy have smaller fetuses than those in areas with cleaner air.The air pollution of concern is from urban areas, which tends to be mainly caused by automobile emissions, especially sulphur dioxide from diesel engines. Nitrogen dioxide and particulate matter from automobile engines are also included. The study compared fetus sizes of 15,000+ ultrasound scans to levels of air pollution in different areas within a 14 km radius of downtown Brisbane. The fetuses were between the 13th and 26th weeks of development.
Quantitative measurements of head and abdominal circumference and femur length were smaller in areas of higher pollution.
Furthetmore, the researchers in Brazil did another study with male rats in filtered and unfiltered ambient air. After four months of these conditions, the male rates were mated with female rats not exposed to pollution. Males from the filtered air produced young of a 1.34 male/female ratio. Males from unfiltered air produced young of a 0.86 male/female ratio. Some hypotheses that can be drawn from these results are that pollution increases the ratio of female/male sperm produced, pollution damages male sperm more than female sperm, or that both are damaged the same amount but males are less able to withstand the damage. The exact mechanism is unknown. Many observations have been made about conditions that affect the ratio of male to female births. Theories have been made as to why a changed ratio is beneficial to a species.

  40. Salam and hello..
Today i would like to share about stress management. We can define Stress as "body's non-specific response to any demand made on it". Stress is not by definition synonymous with nervous tension or anxiety. On one side Stress provides the means to express talents and energies and pursue happiness on the other side it can also cause exhaustion and illness, either physical or psychological.
Stress can be managed if we understand the reasons that cause stress and the level of stress. We should also try to estimate if we could bring about any change in the environment that can subsequently reduce stress.

    1. Become aware of your stressors and your emotional and physical reactions.

Notice your distress. Don't ignore it. Don't gloss over your problems.Determine what events distress you. What are you telling yourself about meaning of these events? Determine how your body responds to the stress. Do you become nervous or physically upset?

    2. Recognize what you can change.

Can you change your stressors by avoiding or eliminating them completely? Can you reduce their intensity (manage them over a period of time instead of on a daily or weekly basis)? Can you shorten your exposure to stress (take a break, leave the physical premises)?

    3. Reduce the intensity of your emotional reactions to stress.

The stress reaction is triggered by your perception of danger, physical danger and/or emotional danger.Work at adopting more moderate views; try to see the stress as something you can cope with rather than something that overpowers you.Try to temper your excess emotions. Put the situation in perspective. Do not labor on the negative aspects and the "what ifs."

    4. Learn to moderate your physical reactions to stress.

Slow, deep breathing will bring your heart rate and respiration back to normal. Relaxation techniques can reduce muscle tension. Electronic biofeedback can help you gain voluntary control over such things as muscle tension, heartbeat and blood pressure.
Medications, when prescribed by a physician, can help in the short term in moderating your physical reactions. However, they alone are not the answer. Learning to moderate these reactions on your own is a preferable long-term solution.

    5. Build your physical reserves.

Exercise for cardiovascular fitness three to four times a week (moderate, prolonged rhythmic exercise is best, such as walking, swimming, cycling, or jogging). Eat well-balanced, nutritious meals. Maintain your ideal weight.Avoid nicotine, excessive caffeine, and other stimulants. Mix leisure with work. Take breaks and get away when you can. Get enough sleep. Be as consistent with your sleep schedule as possible.

    6. Maintain your emotional reserves.

    Develop some mutually supportive friendships/relationships.

Pursue realistic goals that are meaningful to you, rather than goals others have for you that you do not share. Expect some frustrations, failures, and sorrows. Always be kind and gentle with yourself,be a friend to yourself.

I hope this article can help the person who is in stress to manage their stress in the right way. That's all.Thank you.

  41. Hello everyone!!
Today, I would like to share about one article that I have read. the article entitled Let's Recycle. This article is about one project carried out under the “Nature for Nature” programme, aims to instil love for the environment among children at 25 primary schools. There are various activities will be organised, including a mini carnival and contests on recycling, to educate students on renewable energy sources and provide tips on how to save energy. I think this project is a good project in order to keep our earth in a good condition. Nowadays, there are many pollutions occur. Thus, we must take an efficient way to avoid our beloved earth from get more polluted.
    Thank you.

  42. Hello everyone!!
I would like to share about one article that I have read that entitled Preparation is key to a successful interview. These are some tips that can brush up our interview skills.
    1)Prepare before you go.
Find out all you can about the company before you go to the interview. Understand the products that they produce and/or the services that they provide. It’s also good to know who the customers are and who the major competitors are.

    2)Practice makes perfect.
It will also make you feel more confident and relaxed. So, practice your answers to common questions. Make a list of questions to ask, too. Almost all interviewers will ask if you have questions. This is a great opportunity for you to show that you have done your homework and have put some thought into your questions.

    3)Make a great impression.
The interview is your chance to show that you are the best person for the job. Your application or resume has already exhibited that you are qualified. Now it is up to you to show how your skills and experience match this position and this company.

The employer will be looking and listening to determine if you are a good fit. He or she will be looking for a number of different qualities, in addition to the skills that you possess. To make the best impression, dress appropriately, sell your strengths, arrive early, by about 10-15 minutes, be enthusiastic, shake hands firmly, be an active listener, sit up straight and maintain eye contact, ask questions.

    4)Say "thank you".
After the interview, follow up with a thank-you note. This is a chance for you to restate your interest and how you can benefit the company. Your best bet is to try to time it so that the note gets there before the hiring decision is made. You should also follow up with a phone call if you do not hear back from the employer within the specified time.

From all tips that I have given, I think everybody can get trough interviews easily if they really follow these tips.

    Thank you.

today i would like to share a Indonesian Layer Cake recipe with all of you.
    the gradients are :
    400g good quality butter
    110g castor sugar
    13 egg yolks
    1 tbsp pandan juice
    ¼ tsp pandan essence
    250ml coconut milk
    3½ tbsp condensed milk
    ¼ tsp green food colouring
    6 egg whites
    100g castor sugar
    ½ tsp cream of tartar
Grease and line a 20cm square baking pan. Preheat oven at 200°C.
    ways to do it are:
Cream butter and 110g sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg yolks four at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the final five yolks and beat until well mixed.

Add pandan juice, essence, coconut milk, condensed milk and stir in colouring to mix.

Whisk egg whites, 100g sugar and cream of tartar in a clean mixing bowl until the egg whites are just stiff. Fold gently into the pandan batter in batches with a large metal spoon.

Pour in six tablespoons of the batter into the prepared tin. Level the surface, then bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. After each layer is done use a glass with a broad flat base to lightly press the surface to release any trapped air bubbles. Continue the baking until all the batter is used up.

Bake the completed cake under the grill at 200°C for an extra 6-7 minutes or until lightly golden on the surface.

that's all from me.Hope you all can try to do it....

  49. hi..
today i would to share some interesting..

Some of the most significant messages people deliver to one another often come in just three words. When spoken or conveyed, those statements have the power to forge new friendships, deepen old ones and restore relationships that have cooled. The following three-word phrases can enrich every relationship.

I'LL BE THERE - Being there for another person is the greatest gift we can give. When we are truly present for other people, important things happen to them and to us. We are renewed in love and friendship. We are restored emotionally and spiritually. 'Being there' is at the very very core of civility.

I MISS YOU - Perhaps more marriages could be salvaged and strengthened if couples simply and sincerely said to each other, "I miss you." This powerful affirmation tells partners they are wanted, needed, desired and loved.

I RESPECT YOU - Respect is another way of showing love. Respect conveys the feeling that another person is a true equal. It is a powerful way to affirm the importance of a relationship.

MAYBE YOU'RE RIGHT - This phrase is highly effective in diffusing an argument and restoring frayed emotions. The flip side of "maybe you're right" is the humility of admitting "maybe I'm wrong."

PLEASE FORGIVE ME - Many broken relationships could be restored and healed if people would admit their mistakes and ask for forgiveness. All of us are vulnerable to faults, foibles and failures. A man should never be ashamed to own he has been in the wrong, which is but saying, in other words, that he is wiser today than he was yesterday.

I THANK YOU - Gratitude is an exquisite form of courtesy. People who enjoy the companionship of good, close friends are those who don't take daily courtesies for granted. They are quick to thank their friends for their many expressions of kindness. On the other hand, people whose circle of friends is severely constricted often do not have the attitude of gratitude.

COUNT ON ME - "A friend is one who walks in when others walk out," Loyalty is an essential ingredient for true friendship; it is the emotional glue that bonds people. Those who are rich in their relationships tend to be steady and true friends. When troubles come, a good friend is there, indicating "you can count on me."

LET ME HELP - The best of friends see a need and try to fill it. When they spot a hurt they do what they can to heal it. Without being asked, they pitch in and help.

I UNDERSTAND YOU - People become closer and enjoy each other more if they feel the other person accepts and understands them. Letting others know in so many little ways that you understand him or her is one of the most powerful tools for healing your relationship.

GO FOR IT - Some of your friends may be non conformists, have unique projects and unusual hobbies. Support them in pursuing their interests. Rather than urging your loved ones to conform, encourage their uniqueness-everyone has dreams that no one else has.

I suppose the 3 little words that you were expecting to see have to be reserved for those who are special; that is I LOVE YOU.

  51. Vaccinia is a virus used to immunize people against smallpox. The study examined 350 adult volunteers, 250 of whom were "vaccinia-naïve," or had never been vaccinated for smallpox before, and 100 of whom were "vaccinia-experienced," or had previously received a smallpox vaccination. Of the vaccinia-naïve, 3.6 percent developed some type of skin rash 6-19 days after being vaccinated. Symptoms usually included itching, redness and small bumps on the skin, and some patients also complained of headaches.

  52. hi..

Nanotechnology is the big buzz word in the world of science. It's going to impact just about everything we do, touch and see. And this next big thing is extraordinarily small.

You've heard the word, but do you know what nanotechnology is?

University of Wisconsin-Madison engineer Wendy Crone is on a mission. She and her interns are creating user-friendly exhibits to teach the public about the nanoworld.

"Nanotechnology is already starting to affect our lives, and it's anticipated that over the next 20 years it's going to have major impact on everything around us," Crone tells DBIS.

Nanotechnology means working at the scale of molecules. Crone's exhibits show just how small that scale is. "When you put nano in front of meter that means that's a billionth of a meter. So that means that you can fit 1 billion nanometers in one meter," she says. You'd have to slice one hair into 50,000 distinct strands to get a strand one-nanometer thick.

Nanotechnology is the secret behind how self-cleaning windows work and why LEDs are so energy-efficient.

"I think that nanotechnology, I mean, everyone continues to talk about it, is the next big thing," says intern Anne Vedder.

It might even save your life. Drug-coated nanoparticles will soon precisely deliver therapy to organs and tumors. Crone says it's going to be everywhere, and you probably won't even know that it's inside the products that you're using.

The National Science Foundation is giving $20 million to fund the national Nanoscale Informal Science Education Network (NISE Network), which will develop interactive exhibits to teach the public about nanotechnology. The network's goal is to have these exhibits in 100 museums across the United States in the next five years.
