today i will share to all of you about my reading on sports. Yesterday i have read on New Straits Times and i was attract by the sport article saying that "we need more player like Chong Wei".. This article is being made due to the All England tournament happened at Birmingham where Lee Chong Wei has been defeated by China's player, Lin Dan.. The thing that make me dissappointed with Chong Wei is that whenever he meets Lin Dan in any tournament, he will lose easily to the world's number 2..

from total 14 games their meet for past 5-6 years,Lin Dan will take 11 wins while Chong Wei only win 3 games.. for a such long period to improved his weaknesses, he still cannot defeat Lin Dan.. How can he be the world's number one if he cannot defeat world's number two player?.. Therefore, i hope next generation of badminton players will learn from what happen to Chong Wei and can make Malaysia proud..

Nowadays, people can make friends through online application like Friendster and Myspace. The latest is FaceBook. Therefore, today I would like to share to all of you about the history how it is invented and become famous. I found this interesting article while I was searching for a product to compare.

Facebook was originally named TheFaceBook and it was developed by Harvard student Mark Zuckerberg. The first use of the FaceBook was on the Harvard campus and it was limited only to Harvard students. Soon the FaceBook spread like wild fire around the other major U.S. Universities. Mark Zuckerberg dropped the Harvard and pursued his FaceBook dream to become one of the 4th most-trafficked websites in the world with more than 90 million active users. The FaceBook website is built on PHP-MySQL technology and it is probably the most popular PHP website ever built. Interesting fact is that the facebook.com domain was purchased for $200,000 and FaceBook has more than 24 million photos uploaded daily.

    That’s all.Thanks.

    Hye everyone..

Today I want to share with you all about friendship.
Friendship is more than just being friends. It is a connection deep within the spiritual soul that is an unearned gift of love.

“True friendship is seen through the heart not through the eyes.”
    “Friendship is love with understanding.”

Friendship is one of those parts of life that we at times take for granted. It rolls off of our tongues as if we expect it to be present in all areas of our lives. I hear our ‘friendship is forever’ or ‘friends always’ is a common thread that runs through our lives. But in truth how many true friendships do you have? Think for a moment and list those you feel are true friends and those with which you have a close relationship. Are they true friends? Is their friendship from the heart? How many people do you truly see as friends?

Friendship is a gift that two people give to each other. It is not an expected result of meeting but a true and unanticipated gift of enormous potential. True friends form a special connection that will weather any storm. True friends understand being human and give the other room to grow. True friends are there even when they are not expected to be present. True friends know and cherish each other’s gift.
    “Friendship is love with understanding.”
Friendship is a path of unrelenting compassion. It is a view of life that encompasses not just your life but the life of the other. It is a special bond that is created out of genuine affection and is given freely to those who have shown their truth. It is given without the thought of reward but with the essence of the heart which longs for this special connection.

Think of your true friends and be grateful for the gifts they bring to your life. Allow your hearts to connect and bring comfort to each other. Expand your world by seeing through their eyes. Give them your love in return for each friend you have is an unearned gift that should be accepted with grace and thankfulness.

Just now, I was reading The Star newspaper. There was an article title "Eat and Save the Earth". As we know, on March 28 there will be Earth Hour that is an annual international event created by the WWF (World Wildlife Fund) where millions of people across the globe switch off their lights on the last Saturday of March to take action against climate change.

As to show his support, a chef from Shook! at Starhill's Gallery, Chef Kevin Cape has created a new menu that reduced amount of power needed to prepare it. We also can support this event by switch off our lights for one hour starting from 8.30 pm to 9.30 pm on this Saturday.

This time i want to talk about reading habit.I have read an article that talk about reading habits. What i can conclude that reading habit is very poor in Malaysia.most of people in our country doesn't have this habit.Poeple in Malaysia read only four book per year.Student in university also don't read much.most of them read book that is related to their course. From this we can see that malaysian people does not like to read.Malaysian peolpe like to read magazine, novel and comic. This reading materials is not knowlageble.Tt is more like for fun.In other country most of them like to read even though in bus.Everywhere we can see them hold book. They like to read book that can gain more knowledge. Our prime minister woried about this fenomena. He afraid that in future no more people that have knowledge to control the country. So,he try to make Malaysian pole love reading.Reading is a very good habit. At the same time we can gain knowledge. All the knowledge can be use to help others.

Today i had read an interesting article... The article is about someone who had escape from death after he has been attacked by a crocodile.. The title of the article is "Lucky to survive croc attack".. Thing's like this that pull my attention...

Ok.. This lucky even happen at river bank of Batang Samarahan , Serian, Sarawak... This story remind's me to my section mate.. That guy that I mean is Micheal .. This is because he came from Sarawak..

Back to the story, the guy that have been attack at the river bank is Lester Japeng.. According to his name I can guest that guy came from Iban race ..His age is 35 years old..

One day he gone to cacth fish with his 5 relative's along banks of Batang Samarahan.. Around 8pm 1.2m long crocodile attacked him..

According to this story, the crocodile attacked and bite his left arm, and then Lester punch the crocodile with his killer right hook that force the beast to retreat..
Because of that he received 21 stitches on his arm... He then become the first man that survive from crocodile attack at Sarawak.. Lester also said that he punch the crocodile same as he punch the concrete wall...

Reading about this I remember about the man that very love an animal that he found.. The man is Steve Irwin.. I respect this man because he love every animal even that the animal are crocodile , shark, or any predator else... But he had passed away because sting of sting ray..It is a big lost, because losing him..

An astronaut or cosmonaut is a person trained by a human spaceflight program to command, pilot, or serve as a crew member of a spacecraft. While generally reserved for professional space travelers, the term is sometimes applied to anyone who travels into space, including scientists, politicians, journalists, and tourists..

in 2007, Malaysia has sent their own astronaut to the space with the cooperation of Russian Government. Malaysia has sent Sheikh Muzaffar as their astronaut by Soyut.
On 2011, Malaysia would sent their second astronaut that is Dr. Faiz.

    formula 1 (f1)

Formula One, also referred to as Formula 1 or F1, and currently officially known as the FIA Formula One World Championship, is the highest class of auto racing sanctioned by the Fédération International Automobile (FIA). The "formula" in the name refers to a set of rules to which all participants and cars must comply. The F1 season consists of a series of races, known as Grands Prix, held on purpose-built circuits, and to a lesser extent, former public roads and closed city streets.

I think all fans of F1 known the legend of F1 races that is Aryeton Senna and Micheal Schumicheal ..Senna is the six times champions and he die in the circuit when he was facing an accident, while schumicheal is the seven times champion and now he is retired.

last week I had read an article about "how was the true way for a woman to make a business with a man,in the perspective of Islam".

This article really make me think about people today, whom was really far from the true way,as state clearly by Syarak. The relationship between male and female members, and the way they live are usually inducing to a worst feedback such as sexual activities. Every one today had leave the actual way of life, and more attracted to such material feedback, and did not consider about religion anymore. We are all actually been far from the truth, and it was not possible, if one day later, all of us forgot what stated by Syarak at all...Come on friends, lets restart out life from the real beginning,by using Quran and Sunnah as our guide...Thank You.

  15. Good day to all my friends! How is your study? So,here I want to talk about computer virus. What is computer virus? The term "computer virus" is sometimes used as a catch-all phrase to include all types of malware. Malware includes computer viruses, worms, trojan horses, most rootkits, spyware, dishonest adware, crimeware, and other malicious and unwanted software), including true viruses. Viruses are sometimes confused with computer worms and Trojan horses, which are technically different. A worm can exploit security vulnerabilities to spread itself to other computers without needing to be transferred as part of a host, and a Trojan horse is a program that appears harmless but has a hidden agenda. Worms and Trojans, like viruses, may cause harm to either a computer system's hosted data, functional performance, or networking throughput, when they are executed. Some viruses and other malware have symptoms noticeable to the computer user, but many are surreptitious.

Most personal computers are now connected to the Internet and to local area networks, facilitating the spread of malicious code. Today's viruses may also take advantage of network services such as the World Wide Web, e-mail, Instant Messaging, and file sharing systems to spread.

Well,to avoid your computer being reformat, scan your computer every day!

The title of article that I had read is 200 UMT students create 50 'kolam'...

    ok...
this is about the closing ceremony of the universities Citrawarna 2008 programe at UMT.. so,half of the UMT students take part in designing 'kolam' that refer from a ritual in traditional Tamil culture..
but in Tamil culture, the people use rice in making that 'kolam'... but,at UMT, as a student their using waste shredder coconut to do that 'kolam'... it is colourful and beautiful..

the main idea is to promote spirit of togetherness among student while celebrating 51st anniversary of malaysia independence and the visit Terengganu year...

after read this my spirit grow up and want to do something as that ,but not same activity at UMP...
Instead of having fun,we also can make something that can make activities that make UMP more recognize by other people at Sabah and Sarawak...

For example we as university of engineers, we can design something that represent the name of UMP, or doing some creative activities to celebrate the coming visit Pahang year...hehehe...

    that's all..
    thank you...

    assalamualaikum and hye everyone...

ok the next article that i had read for this month is 4 ah long(illegal money lenders) arrested over kidnapping...

this story happen at Kuala lumpur on wednesday..CID chief SAC II Ku Chin Wah said the ah long aged between 23-38...

this ah long had abducted 30-years old trader and took away his toyota harrier..

according to what i had read the ah long also had ask a ransom money fron his family RM300,000 to settle the loan that they had borrowed from ah long..

SAC II Ku was achieve to release the traders..and capture 4 ah long members.. Also case that had related to this, is SAC II ku had found the bodies man and women with slash wound at his neck..

the motive of killing maybe about jelously or maybe related to ah long case...

So the conclusion that i can make here, if we dont have money, dont try to borrowed from ah long..in Malaysia there are a lot of bank...also always be careful when we are walk lonely...you can bring safety equipment to ensure your safety and learn self defense..the main idea is think first before doing something, because it can change our life either are you ready or not..

have you ever think that Malaysia is a safe place for criminals 2 hide?...
i think is not...Because police in Malaysia is profesional, i also think this because i read an article about a bomber mastermind from Thailand is hidding at Malaysia after bombing something at Sungai which kill 2 people including a Thai journalist..

police officer Thailand said the bomber came from group Ronda Kumpulan Kecil..the bombing attack kill 2 people and injured 30 others people including Thai police officer...

In my opinion, this criminal should be captured quickly before he make Malaysia his second place to bomb..Malaysia and Thailand police should cooperate to find the bomber, so Malaysian did not afraid to go anywhere.. The bomber last seen at Sungai Golok,Kota Bharu ,Kelantan..

If miss not familiar with that place miss can refer to student at our section that are from Kelantan..
    that some report from me..

Today I want to share with you about love. What is love? Love is any of a number of emotions and experiences related to a sense of strong affection[1] and attachment. The word love can refer to a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes, ranging from generic pleasure to intense interpersonal attraction. The word love is both a verb and a noun. Love is not a single feeling but an emotion built from two or more feelings. Anything vital to us creates more than one. feeling, and we also have feelings about our feelings. This diversity of uses and meanings, combined with the complexity of the feelings involved, makes love unusually difficult to consistently define, even compared to other emotional states.

So,love is about feeling and abstract thing. If you cannot find love, you should try to understand what is love first.
That all, have a good day.

  21. assalamualaikum to everyone...

today I would like to share..some tips for final exam...I like to share because of the final exam is coming up..The tips are:

    1. Avoid stressful people.

Stress actually is contagious. During exam week, resist the urge to have a study session with your super-tense friend, especially if she’s complaining about all the work she has to do and breaking pencils all over the place. Her stress will only add to your stress.

    2. Eat healthy and exercise.

This seems like a no-brainer, but it’s a wonder how many people forget it. Skip the sugar, which will make you crash, and go for snacks like granola bars, healthy cereal or fruits and veggies to keep your blood sugar stable. If you’re studying for a long period of time, eat some protein too. Also, try to get some form of exercise. Even a 10 minute walk will leave you calmer and more focused.

    3. Just say NO.

I don’t mean to drugs, although I’m not recommending them or anything. What you need to say no to are the people who want to take up your time. There will probably be a friend who needs to talk to you for hours about her life, or a keg party the night before your final, and if you say yes, you’ll probably be tempted to blow off studying. Resist the urge. Say no to the distractions and be selfish for a day. You want a good GPA, right?

    4. Force yourself to take breaks.

For every hour or so that you work, take a 10 or 15 minute break. Let yourself do whatever you want (check Facebook, check out that guy sitting nearby, stare off into space, call a friend, etc.) for those 10-15 mins, then start working again. This gives your brain a little rest and will help keep you more focused when you are actually doing work.

    5. Visualize it all going right.

This is actually my favorite tip of all, even though it sounds kind of nuts. Imagine yourself taking the test and feeling confident that you know all the information. Picture getting all of the answers right, and focus on how relaxed you feel. Then picture the A on your test paper. When you imagine a happy ending, that’s often what happens, because you make the decisions that lead to it without even realizing.

    6. If you’ve studied all you can, get up your confidence!

When test-time rolls around, it’s time to get yourself into confidence mode. You’ve prepared as much as you could, and now it’s time to ace the test. The tip here is to do whatever works to convince yourself you are going to do really well. Again, I know this tip sounds a little crazy but you just have to try it for yourself. I think you’ll like the results.

I hope all the tips can give you some information..thank you...

    Relationships are Hard

Relationships are hard. It's like a full-time job, and we should treat it like one. If your boyfriend or girlfriend wants to leave you, they should give you two weeks' notice.
There should be severance pay, and before they leave you, they should have to find you a temp.

I want to talk about video game. A video game is an electronic game that involves interaction with a user interface to generate visual feedback on a video device. The word video in video game traditionally referred to a raster display device. However, with the popular use of the term "video game", it now implies any type of display device. The electronic systems used to play video games are known as platforms; examples of these are personal computers and video game consoles. These platforms range from large computers to small handheld devices. Specialized video games such as arcade games, while previously common, have gradually declined in use.

The input device used to manipulate video games is called a game controller, and varies across platforms. For example, a dedicated console controller might consist of only a button and a joystick. Another may feature a dozen buttons and one or more joysticks. Early personal computer games often needed a keyboard for gameplay, or more commonly, required the user to buy a separate joystick with at least one button. Many modern computer games allow, or even require, the player to use a keyboard and mouse simultaneously.

Video games typically also use other ways of providing interaction and information to the player. Audio is almost universal, using sound reproduction devices, such as speakers and headphones. But other feedback may come via haptic peripherals, such as vibration force feedback.

As a conclusion, we can play video game but we should done important thing first.Don't make video game destroy our life.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antique_car

In the United States, an antique car is generally defined as a car over 25 years of age, this being the definition used by the Antique Automobile Club of America. However, the legal definition for the purpose of antique vehicle registration varies widely.

The term classic car is often used synonymously with antique car, but (in the United States) the formal definition[citation needed] of that term has it as applying only to certain specific high-quality vehicles from the pre-World War II era. In the UK, the term is not used: antique often refers to an item over 100 years old and cars of this age are termed veteran.

25 years is about double the design life of modern cars and an even greater increment on those cars now 25 years old; therefore, a car that's reached 25 is a rare survivor, and often not economical to maintain as regular transportation.

Owning, restoring and collecting antique or classic cars is a popular hobby worldwide.

I want to share with you all about the mineral water.

Mineral water is water containing minerals or other dissolved substances that alter its taste or give it therapeutic value. Salts, sulfur compounds, and gases are among the substances that can be dissolved in the water. Mineral water can often be effervescent. Mineral water can be prepared or can occur naturally.

Traditionally mineral waters would be used or consumed at their source, often referred to as taking the waters or taking the cure, and such sites were referred to as spas, baths or wells. Spa would be used when the water was consumed and bathed in, bath when the water was not generally consumed, and well when the water was not generally bathed in. Often an active tourist centre would grow up around a mineral water site. Such tourist development resulted in spa towns and hydropathic hotels (often shortened to Hydros).

In modern times, it is far more common for mineral waters to be bottled at source for distributed consumption. Travelling to the mineral water site for direct access to the water is now uncommon, and in many cases not possible (because of exclusive commercial ownership rights). There are over 3000 brands of mineral water commercially available worldwide.
    That’s all and thank you,keep in touch…

Mineral water make life very meaningfuland successful.

Handphone not just only send a SMS,it can do anything.Did you heard about MMS,EMS???..SMS just a message.MMS is more iteractive than SMS,it contain media, picture, video and anything. In Malaysia, people always use SMS to connect each other. But compare to Japan, they prefer use E-mail then SMS.SMS is user-friendly then E-Mail which is hardly to use.Nowadays, handphone can solve our problem. For example,it contains GPS.If you lost when you go out to town, activate the GPS.It will help you solve the problem. Now Samsung developed a new software of handphone called “Mobile tracker”,It is use when your handphone which brand Samsung were lost. You call the operator and they serch with internet to find your handphone. So you do not worry about your handphone more. Now Kaspersky develop an antivirus for mobile phone. So you don’t worry about the Trojan and worm anymore. How to get rid of stress?

I had read an article from The Star online which is about “stress”. Do you realize that “stress” is around us and it is a normal condition which will occur from time to time? What is stress actually? Stress is something which many of us face in our lives, sometimes even on a daily basis. The stress that is felt can be the result of work-related issues or ones which fall closer to home. There are many different definitions of stress. The definition of stress depends strongly on the type of entity that is defining it. Regular dictionaries define stress as a condition caused by outside factors in the environment which can cause physical or mental results. Medical dictionaries usually define stress due to the medical conditions which can result from stress.
Stress can be considered a normal for individuals to face or experience. Everyone is supposed to have a suitable way or method to experience or reduce his or her problems and stress. It is usually only when stress becomes unbearable, chronic or severe when the individual needs to have their stress evaluated.
So, here I would like to share with u all of several effective ways to help u overcoming the terrible stress. One way to reduce stress is to eliminate the stress-causing event or object. Other ways to eliminate or alleviate stress are to exercise, meditation, aromatherapy and eat a proper diet. It is important that the individual experiencing the stress acknowledges such a condition and then starts on the right track to getting rid of stress-causing factors in their life or working to alleviate the stress through other means.
Lastly, I need to comment that you just try your own way to reduce the stress for all you won’t get hurt of yourself or influence others. If you think that “laughing” is an appropriate method, then you just laugh as much as you prefer. Instead, if you consider that “crying” can reduce or minimize your stress, or you just can take this action at a certain safe place to release your feelings.

  29. Assalamualaikum and good day to Madam Noor Azlinda and fellow my friends,

Right now,I am going to share my reading about the cake.

Cake is a form of food that is usually sweet and often baked. Cakes normally combine some kind of flour, a sweetening agent (commonly sugar), a binding agent (generally egg, though gluten or starch are often used by vegetarians and vegans), fats (usually butter, shortening, or margarine, although a fruit purée such as applesauce is sometimes substituted to avoid using fat), a liquid (milk, water or fruit juice), flavors and some form of leavening agent (such as yeast or baking powder), though many cakes lack these ingredients and instead rely on air bubbles in the dough to expand and cause the cake to rise. Cake is often frosted with buttercream or marzipan, and finished with piped borders and crystallized fruit.

    That's all from me.Try it's home.
    Thank you.

  30. Salam...Hi, there! How are you? Today I think, I will share with you all about computer games...

Is playing computer games is bad?In my opinion,if a child plays the games for a short period of time for relaxion, then it is perfectly all right. There's nothing wrong for a child to play a computer games to relax his or her mind after a hard day's work or after many hours of study.

However,it is bad when one plays computer games to avoid work or study. The same action should also be taken against those who play computer games instead of doung their homework or study. This means their homework or study will be left undone.

Some students are addicted to computer games and will spend hours and hours playing them. They neglect their homework and study even forget to eat.

From all the above you can see that there are nothingwrong if one plays computer games to while away an idle hour, for fun or for relaxation. However, something is seriously wrong when one plays computer games the whole day and night to the entire exclusion of other activities.

Global warming?? It is real or myth???

First, the term is actually global climate change, not global warming.

Now is it real? Yes in fact it is real; it has been around for four and one half billion years. This planet has seen climate extremes from planet fireball to planet snowball. This is an issue that is not up for debate as all one needs to do is check the geological record to find that this is true.

What is up for debate is whether or not it is man caused, at least the current round of climate change. Proponents point to the so called hockey stick graph that supposedly shows a correlation to co2 in the atmosphere and global temperatures. They also point to the claims that many scientists have made stating that it is man caused, and has been happening for 200 years because of the industrial revolution, and all the carbon we are emitting.

what these people fail to recognize is the effect that our own star has on the global temperature, along with other external forces such as the core of this planet heating up, the magnetic field getting ready to shift, the angle of the earths axis, etc. mars and other planets in the solar system are also warming, but according to the global climate change pundits, this is natural, but somehow climate change here on earth is not.

The other thing to do is look at who is pushing the man made global climate change agenda, and to what end. For instance take al gore. Former vp and former presidential candidate. Mr gore is making money through a company he owns that sells carbon credit offsets. But he also has a house that uses more energy in one year that several normal homes do, and he even remodelled his house for better energy efficiency, and his energy usage went UP. Al gores also flys around in a private jet, all the while telling everyone that we need to reduce our carbon footprints.

Several countries also push for legislation and treaties on reducing carbon emissions, including china and India, and yet those countries emit more carbon than the US does, well at least china does. Yet they want an exemption to the reduction in carbon emissions regulations. Interesting isn’t it?

About all I can tell you is to look closely at both side of the issue, and make up your own mind. Personally I feel the man made climate change is bogus to begin with, but I also feel that man can affect the climate in a tiny way, in localized areas, and for a short time only. My feeling is that nature is self correcting and robust.

  32. Assalmualaikum for my teacher and all my dear friends.Today I would like to tell you all about the benefits of drink a water.

Water is vital to your health. Every part of your body is made up of cells.

Protoplasm, the basic material of living cells, is made of fats, carbohydrates, proteins, salts, and similar elements combined with water.

Water acts as a solvent, transporting, combining, and chemically breaking down these substances.

In a normal case, minerals and micro elements pass through the cell membrane to the nucleus by electro-osmosis.

A cell exchanges elements with the rest of the body by electrolysis.

The body needs electrolytes (salt minerals like sodium, potassium, chloride, and bicarbonate) for basic body functions.

That's all for today from me.Thank you.

Today, I would like to share with you about something that I think more teenagers today don’t interested to know. And today, I will talk to you all about that. That is about the evolution of Islamic Banking.

The first modern experiment with Islamic banking was undertaken in Egypt under cover, without projecting an Islamic image, for fear of being seen as a manifestation of Islamic fundamentalism which was anathema to the political regime. The pioneering effort, led by Ahmad El Najjar, took the form of a savings bank based on profit-sharing in the Egyptian town of Mit Ghamr in l963. This experiment lasted until l967 (Ready l98l), by which time there were nine such banks in the country. These banks, which neither charged nor paid interest, invested mostly by engaging in trade and industry, directly or in partnership with others, and shared the profits with their depositors (Siddiqi l988). Thus, they functioned essentially as saving- investment institutions rather than as commercial banks. The Nasir Social Bank, established in Egypt in l97l, was declared an interest-free commercial bank, although its charter made no reference to Islam or Shariah (Islamic law).

The IDB was established in l974 by the Organization of Islamic Countries (OIC), but it was primarily an inter-governmental bank aimed at providing funds for development projects in member countries. The IDB provides fee- based financial services and profit-sharing financial assistance to member countries. The IDB operations are free of interest and are explicitly based on
That’s all about the evolution of Islamic Banking that I understand and based on the fact that I found. Thank you..

  38. Hye everyone…Assalamualaikum…

For my last comment, I shared with you about the evolution of Islamic Banking. But today, I would like to share with you about something that quite same with the last topic that I shared with you. The topic is about The Islamic Financial System.

How far you know about the Islamic Financial System? What is Islamic Finance? Islamic finance is an old concept but a very young discipline in the academic sense. It lacks the required extent and level of theories and models needed for expansion and implementation of the framework provided by Islam. In these circumstances, unawareness and confusion exist as to the form of the Islamic financial system and instruments.

The main difference between the present economic system and the Islamic economic system is that the later is based on keeping in view certain social objectives for the benefit of human beings and society. Islam, through its various principles, guides human life and ensures free enterprise and trade. That is the reason why the conventional banker does not have to be concerned with the moral implications of the business venture for which money is lent.

Socio-economic justice is central to the Islamic way of life. Every religion has the same basic aim. In an Islamic environment, an individual not only lives for himself, but his scope of activities and responsibilities extend beyond himself to the welfare and interests of society at large. The Qur'an is very precise and clear on this issue. There are basically three components of an Islamic economic paradigm:
    1. That as viceregent, man should seek the bouties of the land that God has bestowed on humanity. From the wealth thus obtained, he should enjoy his own share.
    2. That he should be magnanimous to others and use a part of the wealth so obtained also for the benefit of his fellow-beings.
    3. That his actions should not be wilfully damaging to his fellow-beings.

    Assalamualaikum..

Today i want to share with you about my favourite football team. My favourite football team is Manchester United.

Manchester United Football Club is an English football club, based at Old Trafford in Trafford, Greater Manchester, and is one of the most popular football clubs in the world, with over 330 million supporters worldwide – almost 5% of the world's population. The club was a founding member of the Premier League in 1992, and has played in the top division of English football since 1938, with the exception of the 1974–75 season. Average attendances at the club have been higher than any other team in English football for all but six seasons since 1964–65.

Manchester United are the reigning English champions and European and Club World Cup holders, having won the 2007–08 Premier League, the 2007–08 UEFA Champions League, and the 2008 FIFA Club World Cup. The club is one of the most successful in the history of English football and has won 21 major honours since Alex Ferguson became manager in November 1986. In 1968, they became the first English club to win the European Cup, beating Benfica 4–1. They won a second European Cup as part of a Treble in 1999, before winning their third in 2008. The club also holds the record for the most FA Cup titles with 11.

Since the late 1990s, the club has been one of the richest in the world with the highest revenue of any football club, and is currently ranked as the richest and most valuable club in any sport, with an estimated value of £897 million (€1.333 billion / $1.8 billion) as of September 2008. Manchester United was a founding member of the now defunct G-14 group of Europe's leading football clubs, and its replacement, the European Club Association.

Alex Ferguson has been manager of the club since 6 November 1986, joining from Aberdeen after the sacking of Ron Atkinson. The current club captain is Gary Neville, who succeeded Roy Keane in November 2005.

    Assalamualaikum..

I love to tell my friends about something i have read which is related to the world history. So, one of the story i hve read is about civil war.

A civil war is a war between organized groups to take control of a nation or region, or to change government policies. It is high-intensity conflict, often involving regular armed forces, that is sustained, organized and large-scale. Civil wars result in large numbers of casualties and the expenditure of large amounts of resource. A civil war involves two-sided violence; for example, a massacre of civilians by the state is not a civil war. Similarly, less intense forms of societal conflict, such as riots or social movements, are excluded from the definition.

Civil wars since the end of World War II have lasted on average just over four years, a dramatic rise from the one-and-a-half year average of the 1900-1944 period. While the rate of emergence of new civil wars has been relatively steady since the mid-1800s, the increasing length of those wars resulted in increasing numbers of wars ongoing at any one time. For example, there were no more than five civil wars underway simultaneously in the first half of the twentieth century, while over 20 concurrent civil wars were occurring at the end of the Cold War, before a significant decrease as conflicts strongly associated with the superpower rivalry came to an end. Since 1945, civil wars have resulted in the deaths of over 25 million people, as well as the forced displacement of millions more. Civil wars have further resulted in economic collapse; Burma (Myanmar), Uganda and Angola are examples of nations that were considered to have promising futures before being engulfed in civil wars.

Scholars of war divide theories on the causes of civil war into either greed versus grievance. Roughly stated: are conflicts caused by who people are, whether that be defined in terms of ethnicity, religion or other social affiliation, or do conflicts begin because it is in the economic best interests of individuals and groups to start them? Scholarly analysis supports the conclusion that economic and structural factors are more important than those of identity in predicting occurrences of civil war.

Do you know how to write an article effectively? What to do before writing an article? There are some steps to write an article effectively. I will share with you the steps for effective article writing step by step. The first step is you should choose a topic. Your goal is to write on a topic where you solve someone's (or your own) problem i.e.
-7 reasons to use articles to market your web site
-How to write an effective article
-How to market your articles to boost your web traffic

Sometimes it's difficult to come up with a topic that you feel inspired to write about. I usually write about some problem I've come across while working with my web design business. It could be a design problem or something related to it such as marketing or hosting. Then after having solved this problem I feel comfortable writing about it. I also feel good that this article will then help others that may have struggled with the same problem.

If I still don't have a subject I feel passionate about, I will visit forums, read online newsletters or magazines related to my field of interest. I may also talk to friends in the same business. They often share some of the problems that they have encountered.

That is the first steps how to write an article effectively, and for the second step, I will tell you in the next comment. That’s all, thank you.

  42. Assalamualaikum and hi to everyone.
I've read an article about five principles on how to improve your leadership skills.
Every organization, circumstance, and leader calls for different courses of action. What is to be considered as "Good" leadership depends on various factors. These five principles self-esteem, planning, motivation, delegation, and empowerment are all important in improving your leadership skills. But these are not enough. The success of your leadership will ultimately depend on the way you recognize your organizations needs and how you can adapt your leadership style to those needs. In the same way that you would evaluate your members performance, also evaluate and reflect on yours. Only you can tell what "Good" leadership is for your organization. Likewise, it's only you who can determine how you can become a "Good" leader.

  43. Assalamualaikum and hye everyone…

For this comment, I will continue the second step to write an article effectively. The second step is find the keyword research.

Another goal of article writing is to make your article search engine friendly. This means including searchable keywords that search engines will spider. Therefore researching appropriate keywords before weaving them into your article is crucial.

Use the keyword suggestion tool at http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/suggestion/ to find which words or phrases are searched on most often. It will display the top results for both overture and word tracker. The numbers differ because overtures data is based on more searches whereas word tracker differentiates between single and plural forms of the word or phrase.

Include your researched keywords into your article being careful not to repeat them so often that it won't read smoothly. You want to your article to appeal to your readers also.

That is the second step and I will continue the next steps in the next comment. Thanks for reading. That’s all, thank you..

  44. Assalamualaikum and hi everybody!

I have read an article about water fuel as a solution rot the rising fuel price. As we all know the fuel prices are sky rocketing day by day. Everyone is wondering what it will take to lower the rising fuel prices. Even if there is an appropriate solution for this problem, it will take ages, for the fuel prices to come down. The fact is that the peak fuel prices will never just drop overnight. So the correct answer for this rising fuel price is definitely an affordable alternative fuel or improvements in the existing vehicle to get more mileage. Everybody are now searching for either alternative fuels, the best gas mileage cars on the market, or ways to make gas mileage improvements to their existing vehicle. The water fueled cars are the viable options for the rising fuel prices. The concept of water fueled cars has been around for some time. This concept was not fully developed for some reason. However, today, with the rising fuel prices, the technology of water fuel has seen a big way and is in the path of resurrection. As everyone knows, water cannot be used alone as a fuel. You won’t be able to fill the gas tank of your car with water from your home and drive all the way. What this system does is to use HHO gas to increase the efficiency of your engine, to give you gas mileage improvements of between 30 to 50%. This water fuel system, termed as a kit is basically a small hydrogen generator for cars. It generates HHO from a small reservoir of water with the aid of a tiny amount of electricity from your car battery. This HHO gas is then mixed with the regular gas from your fuel tank and fed into your engine in the usual way. This mixture burns much more efficiently and cleanly, giving you better performance, more power and huge gas mileage improvements. Apart from fuel savings, there are many other advantages of using water as fuel. Other than reducing expenses at the gas pumps, another advantage that cannot be overlooked is the environmental friendless. Using water fuel can contribute to a greener Earth. The environmental impacts of driving a water fueled car are actually unprecedented. Instead of toxins being emitted into the air while driving a gasoline operated car, water cars emit water non-toxic vapor and oxygen, which will ultimately have a much more cleansing effect on the environment. Driving a water fuel car not only reduces pollution from the atmosphere, but it can also improve your personal health or that of your family members by cleaning the air and making it much easier to breathe. To conclude, there is no denying that HHO technology should have been a fuel resource long ago, if for nothing else, for its environmental benefits. While it may already be too late, perhaps people of the world could adapt to the benefits of this technology. So go ahead, install the water conversion kit and be the proud new owner of a water power car!

  45. Assalamualaikum and very good day…

The next step to write an article effectively is considered the article length. Begin with just writing out your article without worrying too much about the length. It's more important to let all your ideas flow out of your mind first. If you think it's getting too long split it up into two or more articles. It's often easier to write a short article of 500 words than one of 1000 words.

Most article publishers prefer articles between 500 to 800 words and will not accept articles any longer than that. Others prefer longer articles over 800 words so check with the publisher before you submit your article for publication.

You can easily check how long your article is by placing it in MS Word. Then go to "tools" - "word count" to get a read out of the length.

After this comment, I will tell you more to how to provide the outline on how to write the actual article. That’s all for this time. Thank you.

  47. Assalamualaikum and hi, people!

Have you listened to the song “You Raise Me Up”? It is either from Josh Groban, Westlife, or any other singers. I have looked up the lyrics and I think that the lyrics are pretty amazing and very inspiring. If you listened to it well and altogether refer to its lyrics very carefully, you will know that this song is clearly about the appreciation to both our parents. Event the hyperbole and metaphor used in this song is very logical and realistic. It images very clearly.

    When I am down and, oh my soul, so weary;
    When troubles come and my heart burdened be;
Then, I am still and wait here in the silence,
Until you come and sit awhile with me.

    You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains;
    You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas;
    I am strong, when I am on your shoulders;
You raise me up: To more than I can be.

    You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains;
    You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas;
    I am strong, when I am on your shoulders;
You raise me up: To more than I can be.

    There is no life - no life without its hunger;
    Each restless heart beats so imperfectly;
But when you come and I am filled with wonder,
Sometimes, I think I glimpse eternity.

    You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains;
    You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas;
    I am strong, when I am on your shoulders;
You raise me up: To more than I can be.

    You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains;
    You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas;

  48. Have you ever found out your laptop battery’s life not as long as new again??
Even you fully charged it, it will stands for only half an hour??
Well, your battery is broking down.
After about 1 year I used my laptop, I do meet such a problem too. So I searched information from internet to seek out the ways to prolong my battery’s life.
I found an article state that, the most important rule of getting good life from a battery is whenever you are not traveling, if you are stationary and are going to be plugged into a wall outlet for a day or two or perhaps essentially all of the time, take the battery out of the computer entirely and store it in a cool, dry place (some people will recommend a refrigerator, but that is not necessary, will probably not make a difference that you will really notice, and can damage the battery if the temperature gets too cold (freezing)).

Besides, charging and discharging method will affect battery’s life as well. It is advised never discharge the battery to below 20% capacity. Lithium ion batteries will be put under extreme stress with every deep discharge. If you keep the battery at 0% charge for a few months, a copper shunt will actually form in the battery and when you try to charge it the shunt acts as a short circuit and the battery will catch fire.
In the other hand, if you're not going to be using the battery, charge it to exactly 40%, take it out of the laptop and store it somewhere cold. Do not leave the battery at 100% charge needlessly, because the wear process is accelerated at 100% charge and is significantly slower at low temperatures and 40% charge.

Hopefully by providing such a useful tips in prolong battery’s life will help us all to keep our laptop’s battery functioning for period about (2-4 years) since after that period no matter what we did the cobalt used to connect the contacts to the cell internally is slowly dissolved over time by the electrolyte of the battery whenever we charge and discharge it.

  49. Recently, I’ve read an article about “what if you meet robber while you using ATM machine?”
If you should ever be forced by a robber to withdraw money from an ATM
machine, you can notify the police by entering your Pin # in reverse.
    How does it work?

For example if your pin number is 1234 then you would put in 4321. The ATM
recognizes that your pin number is backwards from the ATM card you placed
    in the machine.

The machine will still give you the money you requested, but unknown to the
robber, the police will be immediately dispatched to help you.
    Sounds interesting right?
This system has been created for a while, unfortunately it didn’t used by robber’s victims because they did not been expose with such information.

  50. Continue with the method prolong your battery’s life is to use current from plug but what if the current suddenly shut down? It will be harmful to your laptop. So this is the solution, use UPS.
Have you ever heard what UPS is before?
An uninterruptible power supply (UPS), also known as a battery back-up, provides emergency power and, depending on the topology, line regulation as well to connected equipment by supplying power from a separate source when utility power is not available. It differs from an auxiliary or emergency power system or standby generator, which does not provide instant protection from a momentary power interruption. A UPS, however, can be used to provide uninterrupted power to equipment, typically for 5–15 minutes until an auxiliary power supply can be turned on, utility power restored, or equipment safely shut down.
While not limited to safeguarding any particular type of equipment, a UPS is typically used to protect computers, data centers, telecommunication equipment or other electrical equipment where an unexpected power disruption could cause injuries, fatalities, serious business disruption or data loss. UPS units come in sizes ranging from units which will back up a single computer without monitor (around 200 VA) to units which will power entire data centers or buildings (several megawatts).

  51. From what I observe, between parents and children always have an invisible wall blocking in their communication. What action can be done to solve such a problem?
I saw an article giving out several tips helping on this situation.

To get good emotional communication requires:

Firstly, try to being "in sync" with your kids. That is, allowing your child's feelings to "wash" over you without drowning in them.

    Then, examining the feelings in order to understand your child's dilemma;

    Always containing your own emotions when they would not be constructive;

Besides, try to consulting with your child about what would help. (This includes not being put off by the usual "I don't know" responses and emotionally "staying with" children to have them say what is stopping them from moving forward).

Furthermore, please try to eliciting your child's objections. (This may sound like a crazy idea! However, without knowing what it is that prevents children from being more cooperative, it is virtually impossible to craft a constructive response).

The most important part is always getting to discuss how to remove the obstacles in the road. For example, children may be "using" a behavioral pattern in lieu of expressing a feeling that is intolerable to them or their parents. Most children are protective of their parents even when their relationship appears to be very negative. Stopping a repetitive behavioral pattern (i.e. underachievement; oppositional/defiant behavior) can occur only after the feelings that have been deemed taboo are expressed in words rather than in action. At that point, these patterns no longer become necessary, and drop off by themselves.

Hopefully these informative tips could help in creating a harmony family relationship.

  52. Hi, everyone...
    Good morning...

Anyone here wants to lose some of that extra weight you gained?
There are some of us who always supervise our body weight closely to avoid exceeding a certain limit. The reason is to maintain a healthy body of course; another reason is that we all want to look well.

I read about this article about weight losing which I think it will work and we all can give it a try.

Actually, other than going to the gym, and losing weight the hard way, you can consider changing your dietary habits. Not all dieting schemes persuade you into starving yourself. Futhermore, using diet pills to lose weight may affect your health in the long run.

Here, I have some easy and healthy ways to lose weight quickly to be shared:

    1) Drink water
We often neglect this concept. Water is undoubtedly the most important catalyst in order to lose weight. Water is responsible of flushing out waste from your kidneys, in turn metabolizing your stored body fat. Water also acts as a suppressant keeping the stomach full, and keeping your appetite controlled, and prevents dehydration which is sometimes the main cause for false hunger and craving. I did not know that...

    2) Consume plenty of fibres
Adequate intakes of fibre by your body help to keep your bowels more active and help the mobility and processing of food. Fibres give a more prolong fuller feeling, controlling your hunger. Foods with fibres have fewer calories so the total calorie intake will be low. Potatoes, beans, brown rice, broccoli and nuts are a great source of fibres. Remember ya... ;)

    3) Be careful with suppers
It is very common for us as students to stay up late at night doing assignments, revision or studying. This makes our body working and the metabolism rate become high. This will make us hungry and there you go...supper time!!! Do you know that supper not only make our body work OT (overtime), it also creates more fat than normal comsumption of food. So...stay aware when u are putting some "heavy food" into ur mouth during midnight.

    4) Eat breakfast
The key to successful weight loss is burning more calories than we consume each day.
The way to maximize the number of calories we burn each day is not to stay awake longer but to maximize our metabolic rate while we are awake. One of the secrets to successful weight loss is to kick-start our metabolism as soon as possible after we wake. The best way to do that is to eat breakfast. In fact, nothing, including exercise, gets our metabolism going as fast again after eight hours of restful sleep as eating a healthy breakfast! When we skip breakfast, not only does our metabolic rate stay low, so too does our blood sugar levels. . Low blood sugar levels in the morning eventually make us feel extra hungry later, which sets us up for impulse snacking, or eating overly large portions of food at lunch and dinner.

    5) Eat quality protein
Quality protein immensely contributes in weight control as it posses the ability to make you feel fuller for a longer period of time. Good protein is also responsible for regulating carbohydrates by warding off sudden increases in insulin production, which cause energy loss and generates sugar craving. Fish, low fat cottage cheese, shrimps, skimmed milk, egg white are good choices of quality protein.

These are some of the tips to control your weight through dietary habits. Why not give it a try and see the result for yourself... :)

    Good day everyone...

  53. hello everyone..
I came across a very interesting article to day. It is about why the wedding ring should be put on the fourth finger??

Some might say it's the tradition and some might say because it is the norm of humans to wear wedding ring on the fourth finger. Actually, each finger have its own meaning.

    Thumb represents parents
Second finger represents brothers & sisters
    Center finger represents own self
    Fourth finger represents your partner
    Last finger represents your children

Therefore, the wedding ring is worn on the fouth finger because it represents your partner.

    Have a nice day...

Assalamualaikum and have a good day to all of you.
Today, I would like to share something that I have read about self-motivation.
In this article,it said that there is no simple solution for a lack of motivation. Even after beating it, the problem reappears at the first sign of failure. The key is understanding your thoughts and how they drive our emotions. By learning how to nurture motivating thoughts, neutralize negative ones, and focus on the task at hand, we can pull ourself out of a slump before it gains momentum.
There are 3 primary reasons we lose motivation.
    1. Lack of confidence - If you don’t believe you can succeed, what’s the point in trying?
    2. Lack of focus - If you don’t know what you want, do you really want anything?
    3. Lack of direction - If you don’t know what to do, how can you be motivated to do it?

    How to Boost Confidence
The first motivation killer is a lack of confidence. When you only think about what you want, your mind creates explanations for why you aren’t getting it. This creates negative thoughts. Past failures, bad breaks, and personal weaknesses dominate your mind.
The way to get out of this thought pattern is to focus on gratitude. Set aside time to focus on everything positive in your life. When you truly believe that you deserve success, your mind will generate ways to achieve it. The best way to bring success to yourself is to genuinely desire to create value for the rest of the world.
    Developing Tangible Focus
If you’re caught up in fear based thinking, the first step is focusing that energy on a well defined goal. By defining a goal, you automatically define a set of actions. If you have a fear of poverty, create a plan to increase your income. The key is moving from an intangible desire to concrete, measurable steps.By focusing your mind on a positive goal instead of an ambiguous fear, you put your brain to work. It instantly begins devising a plan for success. When know what you want, you become motivated to take action.
    Developing Direction
The key to finding direction is identifying the activities that lead to success. For every goal, there are activities that pay off and those that don’t. Make a list of all your activities and arrange them based on results. Then make a make an action plan that focuses on the activities that lead to big returns.

Doing this periodically is great for getting out of a slump, creating positive reinforcement, and getting long-term plans moving. By being on guard against the top 3 motivation killers we can preserve our motivation and propel ourself to success. That all from me, thank you.

  56. Our Rivers...

Rivers are important to humans because they supply fresh drinking water, serve as home for important fisheries, provide transportation routes, and are the source for irrigation water and hydroelectric power. Humans have used rivers since the beginning of civilization. In Asia, people have revered the life-giving importance of rivers for thousands of years. Many ancient temples are located near streams and rivers that needed protection to ensure high-quality water for society. The Chinese written characters for the word politics express the sense of responsibility for waterways—the literal interpretation of the characters includes the meaning of “protection of water.” Many of the ancient, legendary leaders in China were respected because of their ability to control water so that fields could be irrigated and floods prevented. The first great African civilization began along the banks of the Nile around 5000 bc. The agricultural wealth along the valley of the Nile River gave the pharaohs in ancient Egypt their power. Many pyramids and shrines stood along the banks of the Nile.

Other important aspects of rivers are the ecological characteristics of river channels and floodplains. These areas provide a zone between land and water environments. Floodplains and channels are diverse habitats that support the world’s largest wetlands, which are home to innumerable species of plants and animals. Most of the fish that live in rivers use the channel and floodplain, and in some rivers, the deltas and estuaries, during their life cycle.

Assalamualaikum and good day to Madam Noor Azlinda Bt Zainal Abidin and all my friends.
Hi! I want to share with you all about a article dangerous plastic bottles today.
It has to be said, I have thought on many an occasion that Malaysians need to treat plastic with a little more respect. Many the time that I've thought to myself
"Why do Malaysians drink piping hot liquid out of flimsy plastic bags when it makes the drink taste like plastic?"
Then of course there is this totally surreal obsession with enveloping every single item of purchase in no less than 2 layers of plastic. There is the girl in my local supermarket who quite routinely gives away 18 plastic bags for 12 items of food (pork produce gets triple bagged). Not to mention the plastic that clogs the drains and rivers.
So now someone has finally said that Polycarbonate bottles can leach harmful chemicals into your body, well yes, and that statement is only a few years late in reaching these shores. There was a whole palavers years back about covering food with cling-film before microwaving (causes stomach and bowel cancer btw), the Pot Noodles had to recall and re-release their pots, because hot water made them soften and release mildly toxic (cumulative) chemicals into the bizarrely tasty snack.
I'm pleased to see at least a small reversal in recent months, I have finally started to see NON-PLASTIC SHOPPING BAGS in people’s hands, and I've begun to hear "tak mahu plastic" in the shops. Last week, for the first time since I got here a guy behind a counter said "plastic?" as in offering me the choice, rather than just bundling things in willy nilly.
So, in short. Respect plastic, it isn't actually a miracle cure all wonder substance, it's just oil that got mixed with stuff and pulled through stuff, injected into stuff or otherwise manipulated via polymerization. Use less plastic, not only for the sake of creating less rubbish, but as you can see, it isn’t tremendously healthy for you either.

Assalamualaikum and good day to Madam Noor Azlinda Bt Zainal Abidin and all my friends.
Hi! I want to share with you all about a article tips on eye care today.
With so many of us spending lots of time in front of the computer every day it comes to no surprise that research is showing a rise in visual problems. What can one do? First, it’s important to find out how you can protect your eyes through eye health exams and by making a few minor changes in your computer viewing habits.
Here are some helpful Eye Care Tips:
    1) Positioning is everything
Correct positioning of your computer, keyboard and typing copy is essential. Your screen should be positioned about an arm’s length from your eyes and 20 degrees below eye level. Consider foot and wrist rests for added comfort.
    2) Lighting can make all the difference
Room lighting should be diffuse, not direct, to reduce glare and reflections from your screen. Look into an internal or external glare screen and be sure to set your color, contrast and brightness levels to suit you.
    3) It’s all in the blinking
Did you know that on average we blink 12 times per minute? But wait, did you know that when we’re on the computer we only blink 5 times per minute? That can add up to dry eyes. Relieve the discomfort by using artificial tear drops or gels and remember to blink!
    4) Palming
Sit straight at your workstation and rub your palms against each other till you feel them warm. The warmth of your palms helps soothe and relax tired eyes. Then, lightly cup your eyes with your palms and relax for 60 seconds. Count the seconds in your mind. Repeat this exercise two to three times whenever your eyes feel tired, or as often as you want. While palming, you can either rest your elbows on your desk or keep away from the desk and cup your eyes. Both ways are fine.
    5) Splash water on your face
during breaks, splash water on your face while closing your eyes. This has an overall relaxing effect and helps you feel refreshed.

    6) Use tea bags
keep two used tea bags in the refrigerator before you leave for work. Once you are home, place the tea bags on your eyes for a few minutes as you relax. This not only soothes tired eyes, but also reduces puffiness.
    7) Eat healthy
include Vitamins A, C, and E on a daily basis; eat citrus fruits, green leafy veggies, tomatoes, spinach, poultry and dairy products. Pack a box of chopped carrots, cucumber and fresh fruits and munch in-between meals at the office.
I get it from the magazine, ‘CLEO’. I hope it will give more benefits for you.
    Thank you!

Assalamualaikum and good day to Madam Noor Azlinda Bt Zainal Abidin and all my friends.
Hi! I want to share with you all about my favorite color is green today.
Green is made from Blue and Yellow. Then, I also got some means from green color.
1 Truth from the heart. Balance in our lives and our judgment.
2 Living in our own truth, using our wisdom and understanding and communicating it through the heart.
3 The higher self, the eternal self who wants to be heard but is all too often shouted down in this material world.
4 When we live by our inner truth, living according to our true path there is the
happiness and peace of just being. Letting our being go with the flow and living in harmony with the laws of nature brings true happiness, calmness and peace.
5 We take control of our own lives and there is no fear.
6 The ability to use the knowledge we have with wisdom to benefit the whole
    of mankind.
7 The true freedom of being balanced and at one with oneself.
8 If you are out of balance, you are not living your truth. You are in need of
space to be true to yourself and to follow your own path.
9 The need to let go of hurts, restrictions, fears and anxieties.
10 The need to let go of dependencies so that you have the time and space to become true to yourself.
11 Acknowledging feelings of jealousy and envy.
12 Difficulty in making decisions and feeling confused. Unable to see with clarity the true path and feeling isolated and lonely.
13 Difficulties with communication, unable to express true feelings.
14 The green energy relates to the heart area.

Assalamualaikum and good day to Madam Noor Azlinda Bt Zainal Abidin and all my friends.
Hi! I want to share with you all about obesity.
The whole world is plagued by the rising rate of obesity today. This may be due to modern lifestyles such as eating fast food on a daily basis. Fast food may taste good but the nutritional value is nil. These types of food have lots of oil and contains high calories.
Obese people have lots of excuses for being and staying the way they are. They blame their genetics, their bone structure, the food, anything under the sun except themselves and the way they live their lives or they way that they eat.
Like the Malay saying of "Hendak seribu daya, tak hendak seribu dalih", people with a weight problem can overcome their problem by choosing to change. That is, changing their weight, their lifestyle, the way that they consume their food and making the effort to exercise on a daily basis.
Eat healthier by choosing to eat more fruits and vegetables and cut intake of crab and fat. Choose to start an exercise programmer on your own and join a gym if you can afford it to stick to your exercise programmer. Exercise at least 3 times a week for about 20 to 30 minutes a day if you have a busy schedule but try to do it on a daily basis.
So anyone who had any experience on what they do in order to lose weight or live a more healthy lifestyle, give us some tips on what you did and what works for you. I diet but I eat everything in moderation. Diet doesn't mean you have to starve yourself to death. It means eating food in moderation. Nowadays, I eat more food with soup or food that contains water like kuey teow ladna or mee tom yam. It will make you feel fuller faster... and that works for me. Thank you

Assalamualaikum and good day to Madam and all my friends.
Hi! I want to share with you all about tips before examination today. This article I was read in a book from motivation book by Dato’ Fadhilah Kamsah. Here, have 5 Healthy study tips during exam.
Firstly, is get it done early in the morning. You concentrate better during the early hours of the morning at about 7am after your light breakfast before lunch. This is due to morning energy which helps you relax and distress. It would be better if you workout for half an hour before study.
Then, study at maximum 6 hours a day. Usually, the material we study after 6 hours will go into waste due to the exhausted mind. Solution is, try having a few hours relax by watching TV, Radio, Skype or even workout.
Besides, off your TV, laptop or internet. These are the main factor of distraction for not studying and it is 100% true like me also, I've wasting 2 days ONLINE and not studying so off your internet or computer or TV.
After that, eat some fruit and drink water. Eat lots of fruit as it contains vitamins, nutrients and most importantly lasting energy. Try having fruit for breakfast and snacks while you are studying, it worked. Besides, water helps keep you refreshed and stops you from getting mentally foggy so its a good habits in exam week!
Lastly, don’t stresses ever work out. I realise begin stress will never help you to pass your exam. When a person is stressed, work will never get done therefore no point being so stress out. Relax and enjoy studying because not only you are facing exams, many others are in the same boat. So, ignore the word stress and move on.
    Good luck in final exam!
