i fill up my weekend this week by watching dvd's and surf the internet all time. as usual, my favorite movies all time is the trilogy of "the pirates of the Caribbean". why..??..because i love johnny depp very much. he's such a versatile actor. because he can:

    1. he act as Sweeny Todd like bad people in "sweeny todd, the demon barber of fleet street",
    2. he act as Willy Wonka like humor people in "charlie and the chocolate factory",
    3. he act as policeman, officer Tom Hanson in "21 jump street"
    4. he act as John Wilmot in "the libertine"

..oh god, he such a very good in acting. that's why he deserved to get award every year.

i wish i can meet him and say that i watch all his movies.

    that's all for now..

  4. How many times do you wash your hands in a day?
A survey conducted by Lifebuoy on Kosmo newspaper and CloveTWO.com found that a total of 52% of respondents wash their hands more than seven times a day, while 34% do so four to six times a day. The remaining 14% wash their hands less than three times a day. The question remains however: are the majority of those who wash their hands more than seven times a day doing it the right way?

In my opinion, proper hygiene should be actively practiced daily, especially when it comes to washing hands. There isn't a fixed number as to how many times one should wash their hands daily, because a number of factors come into play i.e an individual's profession, activities on the day etc.For me, I also the person who wash the hand frequently.

  5. Today, I read the education on star online newspaper. One of article is very attractive to me. The title is 'Hard Work Pays Off'. The article is talking about two students how to get an excellent result in STPM. In my opinion, time management is very importance for a student. For example, we must spend at least three hours for revision daily. Moreover, we should reduce watch television daily. On the other hand, an excellent student should have health body. A student should have exercise daily. If student get an excellent result without health body is no use for me.

In addition, I think motivation is almost very importance to a student to get the excellent result. For example, a student want to become manufacturing engineer, he will study hard to get the good result in STPM. Finally, we must study hard to get the best result. Future is control in our hands.

  6. Hallo,
Recently, I read the article talking about sex education. This education may also describe as 'sexuality education'. Nowadays, sex education is one of the courses taught on school. In my opinion, sex education is talking about human reproductive. That is included fertilization, conception and development of the embryo and fetus. In addtion, this education is also help to family planning. Moreover, the sex educations teach us birth control methods.

On the other hand, people receive sex education though formal or informally. They receive sex education informally through the media, friends, magazine, article, and so on. Sometimes, they also go to internet search the information too. That is not the proper way to get the sex information. In contrastly, the proper way to get the sex information is through sex education. Sex education will teach us health sexually control. That is all for me, thank you.

Hi, here I want to share my opinion about the sexuality education which was wrote by Hui Min. I'm not agree with him because I don't think so find out the informations through the media, friends, magazines, and articles are not the proper ways to learn about the sex. All of these ways can help us to know more about ourselves also. Besides, searching from the internet is also an effective method to learn about the specification sexuality knowledges. It is save our times too. Other than this, we also can find doctors or consultants directly when we face the problems. Sexuality education is good for all the people especially female. That's al for my opinion.

  10. Hi,

Recently ,I've read an article on the local newspapers regarding to UFO(unidentified flying object).Actually there's is no such thing as an UFO.Based on the book that I have read entitled 'The arrivals" all these phenomenon are actually created by who called themselves 'worshipers of kaballah'.Believe it or not ,these people are the one that are controlling the global meddia and global economics. There are creating this sort of story so that they can make us that things like UFO really exist. When this is achieved they will make a plot of propaganda same as the 9/11 tragedy. This will be done by making a fake attack on the enemies country and accusing that an UFO that actually done the attack. This is done so that they can control the world....

  11. hello everyone..
We meet again. I just want to share with you all one handphone that I most admire. It is Nokia product called Nokia 6120 Classic. It is a Nokia-produced Symbian OS smartphone. What I really love about this handphone is its features. It has 2 megapixels camera with flash. Moreover, it has microSD memory with maximum 8 gigabyte. It is pretty big memory, isn't it? This handphone has a standard Mini USB connector plus bluetooth as platforms of connectivity. Its size is the reason why it becomes one of the most popular handphone in the market. This handphone is really slim which makes it so handy and easy to bring anywhere. As an extra, the price is also quite reasonable which makes this handphone is the cheapest 3G handphone of Nokia-based products. Try to have a look at this handphone first. Who knows you also will be an admirer of it. That's all. Thank you.

Today I would like to share to all of you about one interesting article that I have read on the star online newspaper. It is about making slippers from old t-shirt. Miwoko Kikuchi is the person who made slippers from her old t-shirt. Her unused t-shirts and socks are saviours to her boredom after her underwent a surgery on her hand a few years ago. She used various colours of t-shirts and three types of rope to make a pair of slippers. After all, she said that this is just a hobby. I think this hobby is very interesting and will give many benefits to others.

today i would like to share about which contact contain the most germs?
In a recent poll conducted by Lifebuoy, 42% of participants voted that public toilets contain the most germs, second was money at 34%, followed by doorknobs at a surprising 14% and finally public transportation at 11%.
You would be surprised to find out the amount of germs that we come into contact with every day, especially as germs are found in the most unlikely places.
Why are these places considered to be highly contaminated with germs? It is because these places and items aren't sterilised or cleaned; instead they are left out in the open where they accumulate more germs.
Consider the public toilet – while there are cleaners paid to ensure cleanliness, do they take the proper measures to ensure the toilets are sterile? When it comes to money there are not many ways to keep it clean, however some have been known to iron their notes! As there is no way to keep money clean, people should cultivate the habit of washing their hands properly after dealing with money.
Why is it that people do not observe proper hygiene techniques although they are aware that germs are easily transferable?
The result of the poll shows that the general public do know how dirty money is and yet we still see coffeeshop and restaurant cashiers carrying babies or children while collecting money.
Take note that you can easily get infected with a virus as they can be contracted by touching doorknobs and handle bars. Fungi are multi-celled and survive on nutrition from living organisms. They are found in damp and warm environments.
There are several antibacterial soaps which ensure quality, such as Lifebuoy hand soap and Lifebuoy body wash. Lifebuoy centres on being the hygiene advocate to ensure that the public obtain quality on their way to a healthier lifestyle.
Now that you are more aware of the germs around you, there's no reason to panic. Just make sure you practise good hygiene like washing your hands with antibacterial soap after using the toilet, before and after meals and of course taking a shower with antibacterial soap after coming home from work, the outdoors and so on. You can still live a healthy life.

today i would like to share about human nail.
The components of a normal nail include:

    1. Nail plate – This is the hard, translucent portion which is made of a fibrous protein called keratin. It provides a protective layer for the finger tip.

    2. Nail bed – This is the skin beneath the nail plate.

    3. Nail folds – The skin that frames the nail plate on the sides and base of the nail plate.

    4. Lunula – The whitish half-moon part of the nail plate near the base.

    5. Cuticle – The tissue that is situated between the base of the nail plate and the adjacent nail fold, fusing these structures and providing a water-proof barrier against external irritants.

    6. Nail matrix – The nail grows from the nail root or matrix which is located under the base of the nail plate. As new cells grow, older cells become hard and compacted and are eventually pushed out towards the the finger tips.

Nail abnormalities may be a local disorder or part of a systemic disease.

  17. Ship pollution is happen when the air or water polluted and it caused by ship. Ship is important transport that we used to send some product to oversea. As the number of ships increase every year, the pollution that caused by ships is more serious and serious. This problem is very dangerous nowadays. Ships can pollute the waterways and oceans in many ways. For instance, spills from oil tankers and chemical tankers, and ejection of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide and carbon dioxide gases into the atmosphere from exhaust fumes. Discharge of cargo residues from bulk carriers can pollute ports, waterways and oceans. Ships create noise pollution that disturbs natural wildlife, and water from ballast tanks can spread harmful algae and other invasive species. In many instances vessels due to a variety of reasons intentionally discharge illegal wastes despite foreign and domestic regulation prohibiting such actions. Exhaust emissions from ships are considered to be a significant source of air pollution. In Europe ships make up a large percentage of the sulfur introduced to the air.

  19. Do you know if you done the seven dangerous after each meal it might cause death?
What is mean by the seven dangerous? Actually it is about what not we should do after we have a meal. So this is actually related to our daily meal.
So don’t act the seven actions below after you have a meal:
∑ Do not smoke - this is because experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking ten cigarettes ( chances of cancer is higher ).
∑ Do not eat fruits immediately – Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit one to two hour after meal or one hour before meal.
∑ Do not drink tea – Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the Protein content in food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest.
∑ Do not loosen your belt – Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted and blocked.
∑ Do not bathe – Bathing after meal will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs and body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.
∑ Do not walk about – People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till ninety nine. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake.
∑ Do not sleep immediately – The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric and infection in our intestine.
I was shocked after I read this article because many of the above action I have done it everyday like eat fruits immediately and walk about after my meal. Sometimes I even go sleep after my meal. I thought walking around and eating fruit will just help my digestion and bring benefits to my body. I never think that this action will harm my body. But now after reading this article all those actions is actually bring hazard to our body. So now I change my all this bad habits. I will inform all my family and friend about this seven dangerous. I will continue to spread this seven dangerous around hope more people will know about this.

  20. Salam,

Stress is one of the common problem faced by people including student. It is dangereous if we cannot control, or cope with stress. I've read an article about strategies for coping with stress.

Here are some tips to counter and reduce stress for a more well-balanced life.

    1.Solah

For muslims, the best solution is performing prayers, and even listening to the Quran recitation really help.

    2. Eat Well

Our bodies use up enormous amounts of vitamins and minerals when we experience stress. This can leave us tired, run down, irritable and less able to deal with our responsibilities. Vitamins C and B complex, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and zinc are the hardest hit nutrients. These can be restored through a diet rich in fresh fruit and vegetables, dairy products, nuts, yeast, brown rice, fish, liver, kelp and eggs. Food to avoid when stressed include tea, coffee, cakes, biscuits, soft drinks, chocolate and white bread.

    3. Exercise

Physical exercise releases endorphins into your body that will make you feel better about yourself and more in control of your situation.

    4. Relax

Relaxation techniques are useful to reduce stress. Make time to relax your muscles each day and you will be amazed at how quickly the physical tension is reduced. Relax by listening to music, meditating, playing with your pet, having a nap or reading a good book.

    5. Practise “Realistic thinking”

When we experience extreme feelings of stress, it is often because we are having extreme thoughts. Try to think realistically about what is making you feel this way. How likely is it to happen? Ask what is the worst possible outcome of this situation? Consider how this would affect the scheme of things. Look at the big picture.

    6. Organise your time

We can reduce the amount of stress by using our time and energy efficiently. A realistic list of things to do for the day is a good start. Setting priorities and learning to slow down are essential ingredients in reducing your level of stress.

    7. Talk to someone

We often cope better by sharing our feelings with other people. This may be as simple as talking to your partner or best friend, or seeking a qualified health professional or organisation to help you manage your stress levels.

  22. hi everyone..

There are people going to celebrate the end of the century with a party on 31/12/1999 and others on 31/12/2000. Which is correct?

Probably a lot are going to parties on both! In fact any period of 100 years is a century. 1897 to 1996 is a century, and a new century starts on the 1st of January every year. Similarly 1997 to 2996 is a new millennium. But these are not useful, and people have named some decades, centuries and millennia. Strangely, they have named the centuries and millennia differently from the decades.

Despite changes in the past our calendar is now calculated from a specific date when something may [or may not have happened]. That date is the 1st of January, year 1: there was no year nought! So the "first" century was years 1 to 100, the second 101 to 200, ... the twentieth century is 1901 to 2000 and the twenty-first century will be 2001 to 2100. Similarly the first millennium was 1 to 1000, the second is 1001 to 2000, and the third will be 2001 to 3000.

However, decades are different. We refer to the nineties [short for nineteen-nineties]: these are 1990 to 1999. If we used the equivalent names to centuries, then we would call the current decade the "two hundredth" decade, which is 1991 to 2000. Remember, there was no year nought.

If we called the century the nineteen hundreds then it would end on 31/12/1999: but we don't, and the twentieth century and the second millennium end on 31/12/2000. Have fun at both your parties!

  23. Hello everyone!
Today I would like to share the article that I have read. The article is about ‘Dental Care’.
A bright and confident smile can work wonders to enhance our personal and social life. What can be better than a heartfelt smile to impress the person next to us and charm him or her with a fresh breath? However, not all of us are blessed with a naturally healthy and beautiful set of teeth and gums or fresh breath. Some basic dental care practices can, therefore, help us in securing the health of our teeth and gums forever, and smile our way to success and glory.
No matter how busy or hectic our lifestyle may be, we still begin our day with the age-old practice of brushing our teeth. The importance of this practice is related not only to cleanliness and basic hygiene factors but also to prevent oral problems turning into serious diseases. Thus, this practice comes to us as naturally as the necessity of having food, drinking water or taking a bath. To start with, the primary aspects of our basic dental care program must include regular brushing, flossing, and diet and visit our Dentist Regularly. A mouth healthy diet and visits to our dentist at regular intervals can further guarantee our oral health.
A little bit of care and consciousness can help you flaunt a graceful smile and a refreshing confidence. Small and simple measures, taken at the right time can, thus, show their impact on not only a rewarding social life but also on your everlasting oral health.

  24. Hi!

Now, I would like to share about the article relate to the children with the title ’Importance of Physical Activity for Children’.

Today, children are victims of a lot of education-related stress and peer pressure. Besides, the advent of the internet technology and the introduction of screen-oriented applications have dominated their leisure time. The importance of physical activity for children cannot be ignored... The importance of physical activity for children is unparalleled. The years of infancy, adolescence and the early teens are the only ones with scope for building a good physique through interactive play and communication. The physiological and psychological aspects of physical activity empower children to take on the stress of adulthood and work related restrictions. Childhood obesity and excessive exposure to screen-oriented gaming and entertainment need to be addressed with urgency. The kind of steps taken by teens to lose weight fast and address teen obesity are not amusing. Early negligence towards establishing the right kind of physical activity results in mental and physical submission to stress later.

Physical activity refers to a simple exercise regime, play and even leisure time indulgences like gardening, biking, rock climbing and rigorous volunteering. Supported by a well balanced diet, physical activity enables parents and guardians to reduce the likelihood of health complications setting in early. Children who are overweight suffer the risk of reduced life expectancy and quality. On the other hand, regular physical activity keeps heart disease, osteoporosis and juvenile diabetes at bay. The great outdoors also assures mental well-being.
